worst drive through experience of my life. this happened this morning feb 2nd, 2024 quarter till 7. i want to grab a coffee before i got on the highway. i had one other passenger in the car so i went into the carpool lane. i order a medium black coffee then i waited, and waited and waited. the car in front of me was being served but extremely slow. the tim’s employee was leaning out the window and having a conversation with the customer then minutes later another employee came up to the window and continued the conversation. in total i was waiting over 8 minutes for a black coffee. the other lane was moving quickly. at this point i'm upset so i honk once to let them know there’s still a line, and they still continue talking. take into consideration that they didn’t give them anymore food they were just talking. finally i honk once more at this point i’ve been waiting 10 minutes and it’s finally my turn to pull up to the window. as i pull up the employee has my coffee in her hand, buts it down then continues to shut the window on me, takes a step back and the 2 employees are just standing there talking. i drove up and left. 10 minutes for a black coffee… do ur job and show some respect for your costumers. i didn’t make a scene, i honked twice. i worked in fast food for a while and the one thing we never did was close the window on a costumer and just stand there talking. Read moreThis is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to first thing in the morning! Let’s start with yesterday morning. It took over 15 minutes to get a coffee with two cars in front of me. Well let’s start now. Let’s talk about today’s episode. The server is absolutely rude. She got my order ready. I watched her. She just put it in front of the window, walked away and went and did other things instead of passing me my order. I was calling out to her, passing my order. She totally ignored me. When she finally decided to give me my order four minutes later, my coffee was now cold and I told her my coffee was cold and she goes well. Do you wanna wait while I make you a brand new one last time I check I don’t have an extra half hour in the morning to wait for a cuppa coffee. I asked her name andand she wouldn’t give it to me. She just laughed at me. I think you guys need to take a look at your cameras of what exactly she’s doing in the mornings we’re talking. This is at 3:30 in the morning. The teenage staff on Sunday afternoon (July 16th @12:50pm), laughed at us when trying to get our order right. When trying to order, we were told to hold on after slowly and nicely ordering the first item. Ordered a cilantro lime wrap and got a chicken wrap, asked for 2 cookies, only got 1, food is mediocre at best. The replacement wrap was covered in sauce, instead of remaking it, the staff on the grill was just going to heat it up and try to pass it off as correct. There is no reason why we needed to demand for fresh food. Staff were talking about going to the mall instead of worrying about the customer service they weren’t giving.
