I only go to this one because I live close. Donât often go to Tim Hortons usually have bad service. This was no exception. I went thru the drive thru. When I ordered my iced coffee when I made changes to it, the person taking my order scoffed at me like it was an inconvenience or I was being annoying by modifying my drink. I had asked for nonfat milk because when you order on the app nonfat milk is an option. She asked me if I wanted almond milk or oat milk. I said no I asked for nonfat milk. She said oh we donât have that so I said just put regular milk in then. If Iâd gotten oat milk, I wouldâve had a severe allergic reaction .Made me feel very rushed to get my order through so they could just move on. when I went to pay the window, I went to scan my card and the gentleman at the window started talking about scan and pay after I said I was using debit. I wasnât understanding what he was saying, and he seemed annoyed by that fact. once I finished paying, he stared at me like why are you still here and said have a good day and he still had my bagel in his hand. I then asked for napkins because I was driving an hour with my food and needed to eat in the car and that seems like an inconvenience but he did give them to me. if I had any other choice I would not go to this location again Iâve had so many problems at this store...

Everyone is huddled at the front, there is no indication where the line starts and where it ends for him to make scoffed remarks to other patrons if you want to get in line you need to go there.
This guy made no eye contact and after he asked what I wanted completely ignored me and started talking to another customer and decided to chime back in when he felt necessary. I then asked for a XL with 2 creams and he responded âExtra large what?! Coffee?!â
While I was waiting he was getting frustrated with a chinese man who knows minimal english making comments âYou need to learnâ the other employee knew him I am assuming he is a regular and she knew his order.
He is stating to the Chinese man âYou need to learnâ but clearly this gentleman needs to learn about customer service and crowd control in his store. Itâs pretty pathetic a grown man acts like a childz

   Read moreWhoever worked the drive through yesterday (September 15th 2023) at 11:25 AM was the worst service representative ever. I had gotten a drink when I was in barrie one time from Tim Hortons, and thinking all the Tim Hortons had this drink, I came to this Tim Hortons to get it cause I wanted my mom to so badly try it. When I tried to order it I was confused as you had something similar but not the one I had in barrie. After discussing it with the worker I didnât want to order a drink that I knew wasnât the right one so I politely said i am going to pass on my order. The worker then proceeds to say âok well we are going to throw your order in that garbage now thenâ in the rudest and most uncalled for tone. Number 1) u didnât have what I wanted so how is that my fault ? 2) why are u even making my order if I havenât even left the ordering menu ? Or was she just trying to make me feel bad?
I drove off after this and didnât say anything back but it really did not sit well with my mom and I. I will not be returning to this Tim Hortons.
