Awful service, last night I was 2ith my friends and my 3 year old child, and I asked an ice coffe with lots of cream, the woman who took my order gave me the coffe very dark with barely any cream, so I asked her again to put cream on it because I can't take dark coffe as my stomach doesn't tolerate it, again she gave it back to me really dark with barely any cream in it, I asked her for third time to add extra cream and she was telling me that I asked less cream? Than I went back to the table to feed my child but my child is 3 years old and I needed a spoon to feed her, in a polite way I asked fora spoon, than one of the workers told me in a rude way thatTim Hortons isn't a restaurant and I shouldn't be asking for a spoon????? RUDETO THE CORE!!!!!! I didn't want to waste my time arguing about her rude attitude and the other worker who laugh about the bad treatment I was getting by her coworker, sure they gave me attitude because I asked like 3 times to make my coffers order right and kept making the same mistake. So rude, this place is usually bad when it comes to service, specially at night time. They also asked me to leave the place because it was time to close, fine its okay when workers ask that and clients forget about the time, but do it in a respectful manner, not yelling and talking in a complaining way. Read moreRIDICULOUS! Can you ever imagine Tim Hortons REFUSING for an extra STRAW for the juice I ordered for my son, well don't be surprised this location wont let you down. I ordered drinks from drive thru and noticed I would need one extra straw for my 4 yr old, I sent my other son to get inside and grab one. To my utter shock he asked for it but no one gave any response. I went inside again with him and asked for a straw to which the lady refused bluntly said "we have limited number of straws and cannot give you more" Have you ever heard TIMIs refusing to provide an extra straw. what a shame instead of being polite the lady was extremely RUDE and RACIST. Even if this is a policy with TIM she could have put it across in a decent way. I guess this part is not known to her.
One of the so-called gentleman actually supported her and asked me to get out. The lady said nothing to him and actually felt happy that I am being cornered. Dear Manager I hope you look into the matter and do the needful.

I visited this TH location the next day after renovation and there was no internet connection. When I asked employees, entire staff include the manager said that “this is the next day after renovation so we didn’t have time to setup internet. Almost 3 weeks passed since I was told that. Still no internet connection in this location. Usually every place being improved after renovation but very disappointed and unbelievable that some TH locations (because different owners) are putting “Tim Hortons” reputation down by providing bad service.
