Let's start with the service and staff. #Springerdinger It was my first time there . I was greeted by a lovley lady who helped me choose what I wanted with a big smile. Very helpful and polite . I have met Sebastian Zucca , who is a gem. But he stepped out to get his oil change before I came . I met his brother Alex. Just like Seba he's a gem of a human and you can tell how much pride he puts into his food !!

The Yorkshire Panzo #Goinggoingbichette. First look, this thing is MASSIVE!!! it wouldn't even fit on my plate !!! The idea of putting mushrooms, roast beef and gravy inside a panzo is absolutely genius and next level stuff!!!!! The Golden brown dough on the outside , then soft on the inside bursting with flavours. . Hands down the BEST PANZO I ever had in my life !!!

FAMOUS VEAL SANDWICH #nextlevel They just got the award for the 8th best Veal sandwich in Ontario.....

I disagree with this . I've had Veal sandwiches all over Ontario, even in Ottawa. Zuccas Veal is definitely and should be in the top 3 !!!!!!! The homemade sauce and perfectly tender Veal makes it. Compliments to the soft bun.

HOMEMADE HOT PEPPERS IN OIL #MANOAHMONDAY Alex was nice enough to gift this to me I love my spices and peppers but I was warned by Joe Brandstetter to put them on the side . I honestly loved it and put a pepper on every bite 😍😍😍

We have been customers of this restaurant for a number of years, and have always had excellent service and very good food. Unfortunately tonight's visit was a major disappointment. We arrived at about 6 p.m. There were already a number of customers there, but it was not full. We were immediately taken to a booth, and given menus. Then we sat, and sat, and sat,and sat some more. Over 15 minutes elapsed! No one came to take our drink order, or food order. We were prepared to accept that they were busy; however when a larger party of 6 to 8 arrived and within 5 minutes were having their order taken we decided to leave. I guess they were special! However I cant help wondering in what way were they different from us. In retrospect I think I know!

The owner's response is that it wasn't their restaurant. Having eaten there many times it certainly is the right location. --130 Davis Drive unit 19 the Newmarket Plaza, Newmarket. And to suggest that we must have seated ourselves is untrue. We were taken by a waitress who has served us many times in the past to the 2nd booth in on the door side and handed menus, which we clearly left on the table when we departed. Unfortunately the owner's response makes it very clear that he didn't really read the review.

Instead of admitting to having failed to do their job it is obviously easier to blame the reviewer! It is bad enough to have had the experience, but to have it suggested that we didn't know where we were adds...

We have recently moved to NewMarket from Woodbridge and totally in love with Italian food and pizzeria. I have been to Zucca’s restaurant personally 3 times and every-time it’s gotten worse and worse with their service and food, especially last time I was there was totally unacceptable. On a Thursday evening being the only guest in the restaurant at 7 pm we were served our order wrong then when asked to change it as we don’t eat pork they made us wait a total of 40 mins, mind you this was their slowest time as mentioned we were the only guests in the restaurant. When I started eating the Ponzo I noticed it was missing the chicken inside & yet the server was unapologetic & said that the cook says he added it although i showed it to her that it wasn’t there and she has to take to kitchen to show the chef and came back saying it should have it & walked away. To conclude, we had a toddler crying for her pizza which was also delayed yet there was no apologies made & once we asked for the bill I noticed she was not sorry for the mistakes they had made nor was acknowledged by any of them. To top it off I was charged full price even though I was missing the toppings in my Ponzo and making the mistake on our pizza adding pepperoni which made us wait 40 mins for our...
