This store does not even deserve the 1 star... I was forced to give at least 1 star to leave a review. It all began with attempts to order online starting at 5pm. The website would not work for 15min so I decided to call the portage rd location in Niagara Falls. I called 4x and was hung up on each time. The 5th call someone finally answered and them claimed that my address was not real. I assured them my address was real as I've lived here 8 yrs. And in those 8yrs I've ordered delivery from this location over 20x. So no I'm transferred to customer service. I make my order there and wait. So now it's been 30min since I began trying to order food here... for a now very hungry 6 and 2yr old. 40min later the pizza comes, the delivery driver kept trying to handle my credit card and trying to make me use tap. (I dont have tap on any of my cards) when I tell him this he then goes on a rant that 90% of people use tap and that I need to. After that, I take the pizza in (again for my small kids) and find they completely screwed up both pizzas. I call customer service and make an official complaint now about being hung up on the rude delivery guy, and now 2 messed up pizzas. Customer service says they will re make 1 pizza. I ask if it can be put on as being needed ASAP as now I have 1pizza sitting getting cold and 2 kids waiting to eat. The pizza getting cold had hot peppers so my kids could not start. Now 40min goes by with still no pizza. My husband now drives to the location to pick up the pizza and get a refund for the now cold pizza. Once he gets there the owner himself come out, gets very angry and slams the pizza on the counter. My husband now makes a complaint in person and the owner begins to swear and yell about how hes making a new pizza. My husband states that only one was being made and the other is now cold. We now want a refund after this horrible customer service. Owner does not like this, swears and yells and tell husband he wont refund him and called the police and says he can have a refund when the police get there. I call customer service again about this and all I'm told is "I'm sorry I will make sure this doesn't happen to you again" I stated this was unacceptable and wanted to speak with a supervisor. I'm then put on hold for 15min no one answers and a machine states a supervisor will call back. It's been over an hour now and still...
Read moreis undoubtedly one of the best pizza places I have ever visited! From the moment I walked into their branch, I was struck by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely attentive and went out of their way to make sure that my experience was exceptional.
The pizza itself was truly outstanding - cooked to perfection with the freshest ingredients. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, while the sauce was just the right amount of tangy and sweet. The toppings were generously piled on and each slice was bursting with flavor.
In addition to the incredible pizza, Pizza Pizza also had an extensive menu with a wide variety of options to choose from. From appetizers to desserts, there was something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the garlic knots and the Caesar salad.

They finished serving that customer and then went to the back and continued chatting and making pizzas without even greeting me or asking me why I was there. I could’ve just been there to get one of the many slices of pizza available, but no one inquired. After standing for five full minutes of no one talking to me and even acknowledging me with a glance. A young man finally walked up and asked me what I was here for. I said I ordered a pizza. He asked my name and when I said it, he walked to the back confusingly looked at all of the pizzas there came back and said it’ll be 10 to 15 minutes . I said 10 to 15 more minutes? I already ordered it over 20 minutes ago. The man just shrugged so I decided to take my business elsewhere because the whole experience had left the sour taste in my mouth.
