I ordered the Monday deal. Buy 2, get 2 free. Because I wanted the deal twice the guy at drive thru said he has to do separate orders. When I went up to pay he said that’ll be $10.80 for the first order. I said I thought you said 2 separate orders it should be the special so it’s $5.40 each. He looked at the screen for a minute and looked like he was punching in some buttons then said oh ya $5.40 and I paid by debit. He said ok, now for next order,$5.40. He was punching in some buttons again and then said my card didn’t go through. I said it must have. I seen the receipts come out. I asked him for the receipt and he quickly crumpled them up as he’s pretending to be looking for them. I quickly checked my bank account and noticed he charged me $10.80 and $5.40. I tell him the mistake and he asks me to park in front of the building and he will correct it and come talk to me. I said no, you can refund me now and back on to my card. He got another girl to come,supposedly the manager who had to call someone so she can refund me. After waiting 5 mins she refunds my card $2.51 and said that’s all the owe me. I said no, you owed me $5.40. She gave me attitude and went back on the phone. after another few minutes she refunded me another $2.51 and said it’s good now. You can go. I said to her, that $5.02 so you still ripped me off by 38cents. She then proceeds to ask me if I really want the 40cents. I said yes. She asked again, really, I’ll give you the 40 cents out of the cash drawer. I said ok. Then she proceeds to give me the 40 cents and walks away rudely. As the other guy, has a lot to say behind the glass. Very poor customer service. Overcharged me, then act like it’s a crime for me to get my money back. I wonder how many times they’ve done this. Read moreWe decided to try Taco Bell in North Bay before heading back south, I was pretty apprehensive as the Taco Bell near our home is absolutely horrible, so I read the reviews for this Taco Bell and my apprehension grew but I was also as equally starving and had a long drive home. I was blown away with the service and quality…the man who took our order was awesome, he must’ve clarified our order atleast 3 times on speaker which was nice. When we got to the window, another man read us our order again to be sure and then our food was ready in less than 2 mins. The young girl who gave us the food was so friendly and made sure to say thanks for coming and have a good night!! That is hard to come by these days, people just aren’t friendly anymore, whether it’s they hate their jobs or the customers are just so nasty that the employees hate their job but something is happening and it shows. Now the customer service was exceptional but would the food be up to par?? YES! We got exactly what we ordered, the tacos were wrapped nicely, nothing was soggy, it was sooo nice to have warm food that tasted good as well, especially after spending $40. The Taco Bell in North Bay was very good! They should have those same employees...
Read moreThe WORST customer service! Stopped on our way back from Kapuskasin. We placed our order & paid, started filling our drinks to be told the payment was declined. As we're about to retry payment the debt machine reads "duplicate purchase" well asking the cashier why it was a duplicate she said "The machine was jammed & the payment wasn't received but if we paid again & if it is a duplicate purchase we'd later get reimbursed..." Before going any farther with the payment we looked at our online banking & the payment was pulled. Well tryna explain/ show the cashier the payment was received, she completely refused to look at the phone. As we're on a call with the bank, the representative also confirmed the payment. The OPP then had to be contacted, which called Taco bell. Another worker walked over & asked to view the phone as he was on the phone with the OPP. Took an hour & a half all said & done we finally...
