There food isn't to bad .but I do have to say the wait either way suck if your customer or if your door Dasher sometimes the door Dasher has to cancel the order and what happens if when you take too long the customer cancelled the order then you're stuck with the food which I don't mind I give it to the homeless it makes me look bad because the customer thinks is the driver and I don't like that it takes up too much time when you have to wait up to 15 20 minutes there even if your customer trying to get a order it's way too long I don't mean to talk bad about them but facts is facts😞🤔Aug 8 the 2023 new up date I go to Wendy's now after lunch is refusing to take my orders through doordash because the pickup service really sucked bad news I have to cancel my orders it took that long I'm not sure what's happening there but the last four orders that I've had for delivery has been on time for me to pick I'm hoping that this will stay this way because there's a lot of people out there that like to eat Wendy's and McDonald's is the greatest it's always raining always on time people are friendly you like to talk with you take couple minutes out with you I really like that because it gets very hot and tiring driving all the time Wendy's on that part that sucks I went in there yesterday to pick up an order the bag wasn't even folded properly I had to refold it for my customer the girl just slapped the food down on the counter at me and said here's your order very disrespectful whoever that girl was so here's to hoping that things improve a bit...

I am no longer a guest of your establishment, but I have to come there because I work in delivery and anyway I come there for orders, I try to take as few orders as possible from there. I would like to leave a review on your restaurant in Duncan. The service there is disgusting, which manifests itself in the attitude of the staff to customers. First of all, the staff never say hello. Secondly, their attitude is as if they came to them to ask for food and not to buy. They make you wait very long, do not take orders from everyone, toxin you wait first half an hour to place your order, then another half hour to get it. The attitude to couriers in general is terrible, never pay attention. Manager never helps, the staff stands talking among themselves and does not take orders, or as today, talking to the client about their personal affairs, but does not do their job, they never smile, it feels like for benevolence they will be deprived of their salary. After 10 o'clock when they close the door, there is a queue of cars where you can wait for your order for about 40 minutes.

Frankly speaking, the attitude towards animals is better than the attitude towards people in your restaurant in Duncan.

Please help to establish work in your restaurant, do not lose your reputation, customers and as a result money. You have a very tasty menu, but when it is so flavored with terrible service, it is impossible to swallow a piece without disappointment!

The lady at the box didn't let me finish our order before telling us to drive up, and did not respond when I tried to get her attention. So we drive up, with the plan to add it to our order at the window. We get completely ignored for about 5 minutes, despite me waving and signaling that I needed something. She finally opens the window, and looks like I asked her to give me her first born. She begrudgingly does it. We asked for lots of ketchup, salt, and vinegar (it was a $30 order for four of us), and we watched as she gave us two of each in the bag (window was closed, so I couldn't ask for more). When she opened the window to hand us our food, I didn't have the time to ask for more before she was gone again. I contemplated just waiting in the drive thru for her to notice us, or perhaps knock on the window, but it was busy (and extremely slow, I will note), and I don't like being rude or confrontational so I pulled up and parked. There was nobody inside, not a single person to ask. Grabbed what I needed. Meanwhile, my passengers in the car had learned that unfortunately, all of our food was completely stone cold. Oh well. We had the food, and the sauces, and 2 hours left of our drive. We get back on the highway. The cokes were got were all rootbeer (yuck!).
