Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Grenville

So i ordered the other night for my kids it said 24 minutes so after 15 minutes my kids started watching out the window . Hours went buy i called and told them then more hours went by . I fed my kids hot digs then slept . The next day we went in to find out what hapoened . Theh said they were busy then he said he knocked but no one answer which is impossible. An hour and a half later, still not delivered. Estimate said half hour. The website said it came out of the oven over an hour ago and the delivery driver left 40 minutes ago (“but it will be hot”) they say, when I call. My son who was looking forward to it now is going to bed without. To top it off, driver calls to say he can’t find us so I stand outside and he says he’s not even on the street. The deals are good, and the toppings are good, but that dough has got to go. It's cakey instead of bready with no yeast aroma or taste. And the bottoms are coated with some kind of ground meal, preventing the dough from getting a nice brown crunch. In my opinion, this breaks the pizza, as it is 1 of the trinity ingredients.
