I eat at this location atleast once every two month when my dad comes to visit. I took my mother in law this time and she asked the gentleman behind the counter what the soups were and he pointed at the sign and said there right there. I found that to be slightly rude considering it was her first time there. Then we went to pay the lady with employee #400 was extremely rude. She was very short with us because we wanted to pay separately and that I grabbed my food and she snapped at us and said well it can go on the same tray can't it.. she was so rude and because my mom was having issues with her card due to memory issues she was just so annoyed with us. I later walked up to grab water and she gave us warm water along with her nasty aditude and that was my last straw. I know ppl have bad days and I would have just brushed it off my shoulders because I've never had problems at this location before but due to not only one of your staff members were rude and short you had two. It wasn't even busy. So maybe a little more training would be needed. Times are tuff enough right now and to get out right now with my elderly parents is a treat for them. I have been coming to this location for years. I usually come for the sandwiches and the cow pies. On a whim on Tuesday I purchased a caramel apple pie. I was charged $30 for a pie with a terrible crust and a very shallow filling. A slight drizzle of caramel on the top with streusel. I don’t know what has happened to their pies and their cow pies, I don’t know if they have changed their recipe for the dough, but it is terrible! it taste like something out of a box. To be charged $30 for a 4.5 out of 10 star is ridiculous. I know I will never come back to buy their cow pies or pies ever again. Their sandwiches are amazing especially the sunflower bread but honestly, I would not recommend their pies at all anymore. They used to be so good and I don’t know what has happened. I think the biggest shocker for me was a charge of $30 for a pie that is as flat as the ridge of the plate. Terrible! Absolutely...

I used to eat here a lot when I was going to school at Patricia campus NAIT. I just went here recently again and the service is always being phenomenal. Lots of freshly baked pies and other sorts of treats. Their sandwich selection is above part and I am a sandwich artist myself. They create masterpieces. Produce is always fresh as well as the bread to choose from which is a wide variety. The place is always nice and clean and convenient to stop in for a perfect bowl of Wicked Thai soup.
