Booster Juice — Restaurant in Oakville

I'm a regular customer and come 4 days a week but the server that was working today was rude took over 25min to heat up a wrap and I also order 3 boosters in my smoothie and I caught her looking over and trying to not add the boosters and when I told her I already paid she rolled her eyes have I not notice she woulda scammed me since I pay extra for booster not trying to make a big deal but make sure to watch while she makes your smoothie she will try to not add boosters but make you pay for them not fair to the customer and will not be back to this...

This morning I was came into Booster Juice after my workout to purchase a Ripped Berry Protein Smoothie. As I am paying for my purchase, I witnessed one of the staff members begin to make my drink and need to open a new jar of honey and put her mouth on the rim of the the jar to open the white seal because her nails were too long. I couldn't believe what I had just witness and walked out of the store and threw the drink out.

I would not recommend anyone to continue purchasing from this location as they do not take sanitary procedures...

Such poor customer service!!! Makes me sad when people are rude to customers for no particular reason (usually displaced anger). You never know what someone is going through so the simplest gesture, like a smile or even a hello.. goes a long way. Long story short I was having a bad day and walked in here, was given attitude the whole time I was served and felt like a nuisance to this girl, probably the worst service I’ve had in a long time. It wasn’t subtle either. I wish I remembered her name but i don’t. Young white skinny girl...
