First and last time coming here, I live within the area and decided to try it out. I did not read the reviews before coming because I believe in remaining un-bias and giving business’s the benefit of the doubt. This was my experience.
Before anything else, I immediately noticed the place was DISGUSTING as in un-clean, the dirt build up in the corners was like nothing was cleaned in months, maybe since they opened! I immediately lost my appetite after ordering, realizing how dirty the place was, but didn’t cancel because I felt bad for the lady making the order. There were even cobwebs in the corners ontop of the layers of dirt and yes the tables and chairs were also dirty. I was shocked, and wonder if Hero Burger franchise is aware whomever is running this location is not keeping things sanitary.
The customer service was terrible. I smiled and said please and thank you to the lady several times and got no smile or your welcome back. I kept saying thank you to see if she would have some sort of customer service skills and nope, nothing, just rude or no response, seemed like she was annoyed to serve me, did not feel welcome. The store was also very stuffy and hot like there was no ventilation.
The burger itself was tasty, I had to trash the bottom bun because it was completely stale.
Forget about the customer service and food issues, they need to do a deep clean (check the photo evidence). I was thinking if this is how the FRONT looks for customers, I am scared to see how the BACK looks where they make the food, yuck!
Side note: I am convinced the Uber Eats rating for this location is so much higher because those poor customers don’t see the physical store they are ordering their...
Read more0/5 service, I called to order my food for pick up at 6:15 about 45 mins before arriving and asked for it to be ready at 7:00 and they said they would prepare it at 6:50 so it would be ready at 7:00 like I asked which was good, but as I arrived at 7:00 and payed, the worker asked me to confirm my toppings on my food, and I was confused as I of course expected the food to be ready then as that had been confirmed 45 mins earlier but no, nothing ready yet as they started to make the food at the time it should have been ready, and while waiting a uber eats driver came to collect already made food which was fine, and then a customer walked in and asked for her order for pickup and within 30 seconds was out the door with her food, around 15 mins later I finally received my food and said thanks and left, but my issue is that I literally specifically asked for the food to be ready at 7:00 when I called at 6:15, 45 mins ahead of time but its almost like there was no point in ordering ahead or ordering for pick up at all as it was like I had ordered it in person and waited regularly which I have to say is ridiculous and what I ask is not much except the bare minimum truly, also mentioning the fact that the customer who came in who immediately got their food is absolutely shocking service for my order truly the worst service I have...
Read moreI've driven by many times and decided to stop in. Immediately after walking in the door I was met with a horrible smell of what smelled like farts. There was nobody in there aside from the employee(s) and the place was filthy dirty. I was about to order but could no longer take the nasty smell so I walked out.

I edited some reviews over the last 15 min. They aren't new reviews, only yours. And, I didn't say it was today that I stopped in, it was actually last week. Did you notice the other reviews about your store stating how dirty it is? One guy even stated that the health board needs to investigate your store because it's so dirty. Did you see the rest of my reviews? Did you see all the 5 star ratings I gave other establishments? I just gave Martino's pizza a 5 star. So, when you say all my reviews are bad reviews ... you didn't take the time to read them. Those businesses deserve it because they value and appreciate their customers and they manage their establishments properly abide by Ontario health codes for restaurants and food establishments.

Maybe stop complaining about your reviews and do something about the state of the business you operate ... and then maybe you'll get...
