I only come to burger King a few times a year, my younger sister wanted a How to Train Your Dragon meal so I asked for that at the drive thru. I've never ordered it before, and also, I could barely make out half of the words the guy was saying. They gave me the wrong thing and when I went back around and asked for a refund or exchange for the right thing, they refused . . And said it wasnt possible. The manager then blamed me for the mistake saying I should have known it was the wrong thing when the guy asked me if I wanted a coke? Again ive never ordered it before so I didn't know. I then repeated myself and asked for a refund, since we didnt even touch the food and he said no. He then offered to sell me the other parts of the meal that they didn't include (they only gave me the burger) and didn't even include all of them and denied that it was supposd to include the sundae/milkshake, so i simply just spent More money and bought mozzarella sticks so my sister still had something to eat. Honestly made my day distressing, I'm so done, never coming here again and 20 dollars spent on something i didnt ask for. Read moreIt was a good thing I wasn't in a rush today as I planned to eat and upload photos from a morning shoot. Well 22min to make 2 whoppers on whopper wednesday is disappointing. And the place wasn't even busy. I felt bad for the cashier that repeatedly went over to tell the guys in the back to get the order made. Seems like the drive through and skip the dishes orders that came after mine were more priority, as you can see the order of orders on the screens. After I got my order there was only one other person seated, just before noon, so I had plenty of clean spaces to choose from and nicely the have power outlets at most tables around the perimeter of the space. At this point I was thinking, great no one else to slow down the internet... wrong. I ran a speed test on Google and it was nearly at dialup speeds from the '90s. So I couldn't even upload 1 34MB picture in the hour I was there. The free WiFi is basically false advertising if it doesn't work. I couldn't even open gmail. Read moreI unfortunately had a terrible experience at this Burger King location. I often purchase lunch from here as I work nearby. I ordered an original chicken sandwich combo yesterday using the drive through. I almost never check my burgers before eating as I assume it’s been quality checked before. Once I flipped the burger over and I saw green and black mold on the bottom of my burger bun. I immediately went back to Burger King to explain what I had found in my meal. I spoke to a man at the front and advised him that I found mold on my burger bun. I brought the bag with me and told him to take a look. He grabbed the bag and threw it out without looking in it. He said I’m sorry, I’m make you a new one. Why they even have such an old bag of buns sitting there on their shelf inventory is so concerning. After this incident, I was informed that a co-worker had previously found cockroaches in their meal awhile back from this same location. This being said, I will not be returning to Burger...
