Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Oakville

Was waiting 15 minutes at the emergency entrance for a pizza I ordered for dilevey. I told them to call me 10 minutes prior to showing up so I could walk down and meet the driver at the emergency entrance as it would take some time from our hospital room to the main emergency door entrance to pick up the order. After waiting outside for 15 minutes, I called the store and they said the driver left and was back at the store because he called and he got hung up on. He never called me and my call log shows that! No second attempt or actual call. Extremely rude on the phone when I called and they brought back a cold pizza! When's the delivery guy showed up I approached his vehicle. He called the number that he had on file which was not the number I gave or called In with. He called the number in front of me and it was some woman yelling at him saying "she was going to block his number and to stop calling". Made a mistake taking down my information and never made a real attempt.to contact the store to contact me. Ordering was painful, couldn't spell back my name or pronounce my name, Couldn't take down my phone number properly after...

This just in. After my daughter’s karate, I called to order a large pizza, half pepperoni and half Hawaiian on our way home. I went to pick it up and as I paid I recognized that it wasn’t Hawaiian because of the lack of cheese (I love cheese) . So I asked, “doesn’t Hawaiian have double cheese?” He replied “no it has extra cheese”. I recognized that we were saying the same thing and showed him what they had given me. He then proceeded to tell me that I had only ordered ham and pineapple -__- who orders just ham and pineapple (no offence)! So he said he’d have to make a new pizza and charge me the difference. At that point it wasn’t even about the cheese it was just the trash customer service. I asked for my money back and left. There’s a pizza shop a couple of streets down. Pizza is very good, tastes are good, but the service there is bad. I had no money bills only coins, gave them to the cashier and he gave me attitude "what's this?". The small pizza costed 6.77, I gave him 7 dollars all coins (a lot of nickels) and half way counting through it he said "I am not going to count this" as he also looked very lazy to do it. He owed me 20 cents changed as I have him $7 and not $6.77. I told him that I gave him 7 dollars and I want my change, he said "I'm not going to count it, man". I want someone to do something about it, as the service is horrible. I did not get mad because he didn't give the change back, but because he was too lazy to count it.
