Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Oakville

I did an order over phone just to get told they don't take delivery orders on the phone anymore so I did order online paid and got email saying that it would be ready for pick up at a certain time but it was supposed to be delivered when I realized that my email sadi pick up i called the store to let them know about mistake first person answered phone was a little rude gave me the supervisor I then told him what happened his response was oh well I can cancel ur order and u can get refunded back in about three days and you can re order again but for delivery by using the app so basically I would have had to order again pay again and out 30.00 for three days how is this fair and acceptable and also as I tried to explain my situation to the supervisor he point blank told me to shhh and then said can u shut up

I feel like the customer service and complaints department team don't really care about the customer mainly because I put in complaint around Dec 13-16 and no one has gotten back to me only thing I got was some one will be in touch and so far nothing very disappointed and unhappy Update is very disappointing found out that the little ceasers on third line is a privately owned store and that my case was closed and there was no resalution to my complaint about the store not even a call back from the owner so I have to escalate the complaint to a higher level I would also like to ask all my friends family and every one else to not go to the third...

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOCATION

TLDR: Employees serving old Hot-and-Readys to people who placed orders on app/phone, no safety/quality tags on boxes or bags, poor poor bottom barrel service.

Big fan of little caesers, called this location ahead of time to submit a simple order for pepperoni and crazy bread with dip. Upon arrival the store was very busy and I was told my order was coming out the oven (understandable). After 10+ minutes I watch the employee grab the same Hot-and-Ready that had been sitting there since I arrived and served it to me. (employee even lifted the top to take a look at the pizza. NONE OF THEIR ITEMS USE THE SAFETY SEAL) I reminded the employee that I was told my order was coming out of the oven and that I was dissatisfied with the crusty and dry pizza that was served to me. I asked for one that was actually coming out and he said it would be a 5 minute wait. Waiting for over 15 minutes for an order I called 30 minutes, I wasnt willing to waste my time anymore so I asked for a refund. Honestly never really go out of my way to get pizza from a place like Little Caesars but I decided to give it a try from DoorDash. That was an AMAZING decision! The pizzas were actually really good. I got their Stuffed Crust BBQ Chicken Pizza and that was amazing and very savoury and it really fills you up for the price, I also got their cheesy bread and it’s prob the BEST fast food cheesy bread out their it’s so cheesy and garlicky!

Overall I’m happy I tried this place out definitely going to start ordering from here when I want a nice quick bite of pizza!

Don’t look at the other reviews, this is a good fast food pizza joint and I definitely recommend...
