Little Caesars — Restaurant in Oakville

I went to this location and ordered a pan pizza the one that comes with 2. I specifically asked multiple times to make the pizza well done , the south asian lady with the Hindu red dot on her forehead at the counter told me she would make sure it’s well done. When we got the pizza it was severely underdone to the point where we couldn’t properly eat or enjoy the pizza. The pizza was doughy and soft. We even took the pizza to a friend who said it was undercooked as well after eating a slice.

We were also being stared at by the same south Asian lady and another man who came in after with shoulder length hair the whole time we were in the store. It made us very uncomfortable because we kept getting dirty looks from the counter and kitchen the whole time we were at the restaurant.

Bad service and bad food , I did not expect this from a location in a rebound city such as Oakville , we were visiting...

I placed an order on uber eats after it still saying preparing for an hour I changed it to a pick up order because it was taking long so I assumed it was just an issue looking for a driver. I get to the store and there’s about 4 other people waiting talking to the man behind the counter. He is lost and confused. A man came in saying he was missing something in his order and the worker said “You never ordered it.” I got to the counter and told the worker i’m picking up an order and he tells me his system is down and then proceeds to say “Let me check”. After all of that he tells me I need to wait another 5-7 minutes. No compensation or apologies. After coming back to get my food I asked for my dipping sauce that was apart of my order and he told me he said to “Look it up in the system” that was down. Not to mention I had now been waiting about an hour for my food. Like okay...

I hope the owner or manager can see this review. I ordered on April 11 6:40pm and spoke to the same young man who I have ordered from before (once with friend and once for work). The young man is super professional and whenever I got my order from him the food tastes so good and makes me think this brand is the best in the business. Amazing service and amazing quality. Who you hire can make or break your business and this is top example of an excellent employee who make the product shine better than what I see online. I love the in store specials and will be a loyal customer! I got crazy puffs for the first time and it's crazy good. I also got a carry out of the walk in special medium pizza...
