Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Oakville

Mobile ordered 2 melts on November 22nd, arrived at the pickup time, melts were not ready. A few minutes go by and I receive my melts, ask which pizza is which as it’s hard to tell without opening it. I dropped off one of the melts to my wife at work and make my way back to work to finish my lunch. I receive message from my wife that she got the wrong melt and I checked mine and it was also the wrong one. Nothing I could do now since I have an hour break and 35 mins already passed. Called store, the associate could not understand the issue and asked what I want them to do about it, then told me they will be transferring me to a manager. Manager gets on phone and also doesn’t understand the problem, then agrees to have the order remade the next day at 1pm.

November 23rd, I arrive at 1pm and go to the front asking for the order, the associate says they don’t have an order for my name. I explained the situation and that the manager yesterday said it will be ready today at 1pm. The associate told me there was no manager in store the day before and that they won’t remake the pizzas since there was no issue. I had to reiterate how the pizzas were incorrect and that we couldn’t eat them. I personally don’t eat mushrooms and my wife doesn’t eat bacon. After a few moments, they said they will remake the order and that it’ll take 10 mins. Again, this is on my lunch break, so im in a crunch for time. About 10 mins go by and I finally receive the pizzas and leave.

Some notes: Customer service was terrible, I was very clam when the mistake was made and said I understand that they’re busy, they offered to make a new order, I was only going off what the manager was saying the day before. They lied to me, by saying they’re a manager on the 22nd, and that my order will be ready by 1pm the next day. Overall, the melts were good, once we received the correct orders, the customer service is lacking. I felt like a bother, even though they made the mistakes.

Some basic customer service training should be done here as they have escalated the entire situation by making me feel like a bother. I was very calm and understanding until they began to turn this mistake on me. I paid for my order, I did my part and showed up on the time I was given, it was the store that not only lied to me, twisted the situation but also did not keep their words.

I doubt any corrective action would take place from this review, but I have already emailed their corporate team...

Pizza hut knows no introduction so I won't comment on taste of pizza. It undoubtedly tastes like any other pizza from Pizza Hut. I will review the store and service for you.

Staff- The staff was friendly. We were welcomed by a lovely smile from a girl at counter (Navraj- I believe; as per her name tag). She did noy only very patiently listened to my order but also helped me pick the right vegetarian combination. The guy who came out with the pizza box also greeted us with a warm smile.

Ambience- The store is very spacious. You can pick an option to sit here and eat and the walls offer nice graphics and while you wait for the pizza you can read the nice slogans bragging about pizza made here. There is NO television in premises. The floors, tables and bathroom (can only comment on gents' one) were very clean.

Wait time- It is highly recommended you order on phone and then drive to the store to pick up your pizza. I ordered in store so it was roughly 10 to 15 mins wait time which was totally worth it.

Parking- The complex have plenty of parking during peek hours unless if it is a really busy weekend as there's other stores in complex too. It is a free parking limited to 1 hour duration for customers only.

Pizza was made fresh and tasted delicious. Try the 5 cheese stuffed crust. Highly recommended. Dips cost 79 cents and have variety. You have an option of build your own pizza.

Place is located in lakeshore and is 10 mins walking to the lake ontario. You can grab the pizza and enjoy it on the rocks of lakeshore without it getting cold but be nice to the environment. Do not litter and do not feed pizza to the...

Hey it's Pizza Hut and nothing but. Well sort of. Food quality is always good but today it was excellent. If you're on a tight budget your options may be limited. Enjoy. Just realized that I never hit post on this review. I do have something to add, but unfortunately it's not as positive. I arrived at this location (Thursday) at 9:40 pm. Twenty minutes before close only to be told that they had cleaned up for the day and would not make me a pizza. This is NOT the first time this has happened at this location. I voiced my opinion and said I'd leave feedback and the employee changed her mind and made my order. I can totally understand if showed up at 5 minutes to close, but 20 minutes is pushing it. By 9:52 I was in my car with the pizza ready to roll. If your business is open till 10:00 I should have some expectation of coming 20 minutes before close and getting my order. In the end I walked away with another good pizza up to Pizza Hut...
