I’ve been here a few times, and the two girls behind the bar are always very kind, but I’m a bit concerned about their manager/supervisor. Every time I’ve stepped in here, whether it was to grab something quick or to sit down and do some work, this cafes manger is CONSTANTLY micromanaging and belittling these girls. They will be doing fine on their own, offering excellent service, and all of a sudden their manager will snatch what they’re doing out of the girls hands and do it for them, or tell them everything they’re doing wrong as they’re doing it. It’s honestly quite frustrating to watch. One visit an employee was not pouring cream into a latte at the “perfect angle,” and the manager felt the need to patronize her in front of a customer.
