Given the location of this establishment within a hospital, you would expect a certain level of respect for people’s time and circumstances. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The manager was rude, and the cashier seemed completely inattentive. Their "system" was disorganized and inefficient.
While I understand the night shift can be demanding, it's common sense to complete one order before starting another. We received our food before our drink and waited 10–15 minutes, only to find the cashier responsible for making our drink was nowhere to be found. When we informed the manager, instead of simply preparing our drink, she chose to waste even more time by going to the back to find the cashier.
By the time everything was sorted, our food had gone cold — food meant for a family member admitted to the hospital, who had been looking forward to having a decent meal after a difficult day. When we asked for a fresh order to ensure our family member had a warm meal, the manager responded with unnecessary attitude.
Regardless of working in a fast food environment, it's crucial to recognize the setting you're operating in and the sensitive situations customers might be facing. Please hire people who have empathy and genuine customer service skills. This experience was completely...
Read moreThis location always seems insanely unorganized. The young gentleman that took our order was great. Very polite and if he was unsure, he'd ask. As for the older woman with the yellow clip in her hair making the sandwiches and wraps, she was incredibly horrible. No customer service skills whatsoever. She made my BBQ Crispy Chicken wrap incorrectly 3 times and proceeded to try to push it off on me ordering wrong. The young man who took my order stepped in and corrected the older woman as he took my order and had asked her if she could make it. Which she answered yes but clearly could not. She then brushed him aside and continued to make it incorrectly. After the 3rd wrong wrap I gave up because she was extremely rude for her own mistakes. She should not be working in customer service especially at a hospital. I really hope Tim Hortons looks into this woman as she is an embarrassment to the brand and...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location at hospital. The supervisor, ANOMA, was not handling her responsibilities professionally. Instead of managing the staff and ensuring smooth service, she was telling customers to wait unnecessarily while not addressing the issues causing the delay. There was no sense of urgency, and it felt like customer service was not a priority at all. As a regular customer, I expect better service and accountability from management. I hope this is addressed soon, as it reflects poorly on the Tim Hortons brand. The rest of the staff is really good and gives perfect service and they're friendly too. ANOMA denies to give pizza to customers after 12 in the night and when i asked her the reason she gave me silly reason that I've to clean all this and it was...
