This place is a MUST TRY ! I don’t know why I haven’t been here sooner. Great community feel with warm ambiance and top notch customer service. Like the BEST. You instantly feel the employees are happy to be there. It would be the ideal spot to meet a friend and catch up. The interior makes me feel like I’m in a sitcom for some reason (in a very good way). Today I was walking a dog so decided to do takeout. On Saturday’s and Sunday’s they offer up specialty danishes of the day and the one I chose had a layer of corn cream topped with fresh tomato and basil amongst some other incredible additions to celebrate the Fall bounty. The flavours were out of this world, the flakiness on point and I wish I bought more of these. Everything looked really fresh and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of items here. A huge perk is that they are pet friendly and they always keep a water dish filled to the brim inside for your pup. Don’t feel like you can’t pop in if you have your pet with you. 👍🐶🐱🐰🐹

Artisan Bakery: Hands down, the best sandwich I've ever had! I went for the charcuterie sandwich, which is a brie lover's dream. The staff? Super friendly! The vibe? Cozy, inviting, and fun – plus, they've got some awesome locally made stuff, including some cool queer positive items. Artisan Bakery isn't just about the food; it's a safe and inclusive space too. And let's talk about that coffee – delicious, served in pretty ceramic mugs. Plus points for being disability-friendly from entrance to seating (I'm unsure about the bathroom situation as I did not use it). Oh, and I couldn't resist grabbing some freshly made bread – seriously addictive! Thanks, Artisan Bakery, for an awesome cafe visit. You guys rock!

We had the absolute best experience working with Sean and his team! They catered my vegan baby shower and I could not have asked for a better team to work with. They were so responsive, the guests absolutely raved about the food and the ordering, delivery and payment process was seamless. They included the sweetest hand written card which made the order feel personal and showed how much they appreciated the support of their small business. We will absolutely be ordering from them regularly moving forward and using them every opportunity we can for future events and celebrations.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have never been so disrespected before in my life. I would like to address the grumpy, mentally unstable elderly lady that works the front desk. I entered this store today to grab something to eat. As soon as I entered, this old lady didn't even look up to greet me. She wouldn't even acknowledge me until I stood right in front of her and began to speak. I asked her about a few items and finally chose to order something. A few seconds into the encounter I already felt uncomfortable because of how rude this old lady was. I was very hungry so finally decided to get something instead of driving around looking for another place. This old lady fixed the food for me then put it on a plate. I politely asked if I could get it to go and she seemed irked at this and said "Well, I thought you wanted to eat it here." She took the plate and just dropped the food into a box and put her hand all over the steak pie. At this point i was done with this place and didn't want to give this place my money and asked if I could get a refund because this wasn't working for me. This woman began getting ANGRY and I kid you not, shouted NO!!! at me when asking for a refund, and to get out of her store. I said I would leave but want my money back. She went to the registered took out the money and SLAMMED it into my hand and said "YOU ARE WEIRD." What is weird is a crazy old bag who clearly is off her meds working the front of this store. I told her to never put her hands on me and left. I hope this person was not the owner of the store because this was a disgusting, horrible experience . I got a very hateful vibe from her as soon as I walked in the store, perhaps because I am a different ethnicity and this old lady can't get with the times. I can't comment about the food, but the customer service here was awful. Unfortunately I left my phone in the car, but I wish i recorded this interaction. I am in shock at how poorly I was treated here. I hope there is someone higher up that can read this and contact me and I suggest to others not to give your money to an establishment that thinks its okay to treat...

Our fave Saturday morning adventure & now they're open on Sundays too!

Love the variety here. Something for every taste! They've got an entire stand dedicated to "maple" everything! The best hot chocolate stand ever & the guy even makes you a cafe mocha if you ask. A great place to meet up with friends for a coffee and listen to some live music, walk around, smell the flowers, shop for cheese, sample a slice of pizza, grab some breakfast! Excellent organic produce from several vendors. Upstairs is more of the crafters market - don't forget to go up there . . . they also have a coffee place and an organic smoothie place. Lots of great vendors upstairs offering QUALITY handcrafted furniture, Celtic whimsy, bird houses, skin care, you name it, it's up there! London is pretty fortunate to have such a...
