Bar Burrito was the best choice we could have made for our wedding reception. When my husband and I sat down to start planning our wedding one thing was clear: we wanted our day to be about us, and about enjoying time with our friends and family. Another thing we had to consider was that many of our family and friends were vegetarian or vegan, and we wanted to ensure that any of our vegetarian or vegan guests could eat food that was just as tasty and enjoyable as the food with meat so we opted for burrito bowls. Bar Burrito met all our needs and more; the food was incredibly tasty, and we received so many compliments about how wonderful and customizable the food was. The Bar Burrito team in Caledonia was so efficient and helpful in making sure we had enough food and that there was a range of toppings and options for us and our guests. The restaurant is clean, the staff are friendly, and the food is good with one exception (and it's a big one, in my opinion)...

The chicken has cilantro in the seasoning! I know this has to do with the company as a whole and not this specific location, but my god, how disappointing it is to bite into something and have my whole palette taken oven by chicken that tastes like it's been sprayed with perfume.

And to add such a controversial flavour to one of the most popular topping choices is a strange call. I worked at a burrito restaurant myself and I know just how divided people are on cilantro. They either hate it or they love it. For those of us who hate it, it greatly deflates the quality of the product. Give us a warning at least, bar burrito, or stop the madness once...

Usually my orders wrong, they tell you it's against the law to choose your own toppings. The company in general discontinued the hard shell for tacos which means mushy tacos with the soft shells. I'm giving it a three start because the manager/owner does try to be helpful when the order is messed up. I stopped going a few months back because it was always incorrect but tried again today and it's the same thing. Sadly I won't be back to...
