Benji's Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Ontario

Before I start, I want to say that all the staff that I have incountered were friendly for the most part and helpful on everything I asked about. They were patient with me. Thank you for that. My partner and I shared the biscoff drink one day it was good but not $9 agian for a large. The next day we purchased 2 regular drip coffees was better paying $10 for 2 coffees with only the coconut milk substation then one price for the one coffee as the biscoff souce didn't really mix into the drink or tast like it much it pretty much just stayed on the sides of the cup I know what types of drinks not to get my bad and I wish I was offered a stirring stick to mix it. But we were on the go, and I should have just asked, but I wasn't thinking because I didn't have my coffee yet, lol. We will definitely be back much love and...

Strange and frustrating loyalty card policy. The card clearly says "Buy 9 drinks, get the 10th free!"—but when you buy two or three coffees in a single visit, they only give you one stamp per transaction, not per drink. I’ve been to hundreds of coffee shops and have never encountered anything like this. It feels misleading and honestly pretty ridiculous. I was even told to buy each coffee on different transaction, the lack of common sense is strong, but if they want to pay more transaction fees, so be it.

The coffee itself is decent but nothing spectacular—and definitely overpriced for what you get. I haven’t tried the food, so I can’t comment on that.

Also, you leave a good tip and nobody bothers letting you know that your coffee is ready. That's the problem with tipping before...

Bought a Valentine’s chocolate smash heart, white chocolate. Went in a week before valentines to order, & they had three different colours made for advertising in a plastic display case. $40

Everything was wonderful except some of the candies inside of the smash heart were stale! Licorices in the smash heart were rock hard and strawberry marshmallows were rock hard! You could tell as soon as you picked them up they were old!

I said to my partner I almost think they sold me their display smash heart I seen when I ordered this! It honestly really ruined the experience for both of us because I was expecting fresh chocolates & candies for $40. Not some fresh...
