Boba-Tein Island — Restaurant in Ontario

Last Sunday my family and I decided to try boba-tein Island, we ordered four Dubai cups and two drinks. The lady who attended us made the Dubai cups to perfection, they were definitely worth the price.She was very friendly with a great upbeat attitude explaining what goes into the drinks etc. Tonight we decided to go back and get another Dubai cup, unfortunately it wasn't even close to what we had on our last visit. Sadly you could see through the cup, hardly any chocolate or pistachios, no wonder it was ready in less than five minutes.Very disappointed big difference in service and product.The lady Tonight was not friendly and put zero effort in the desert. Sadly we refuse to pay almost seventeen dollars for a cup of strawberries with a bit of chocolate and a sprinkle of pistachio on top. Consistency and attitude...

The tapioca bubbles taste raw 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 it’s so gross I can’t eat them!!!! Bubbles are supposed to be chewy and warm !!! DX the slush itself is confusing cuz it said taro and then forced me to choose a “flavour” and I don’t want another flavour I just wanted taro ! So now there is a mix of taro and fruitiness which doesn’t jive. I wish these were more customizable. The lack of customization is the problem. And also the lack of cooking...

I had an amazing experience at Boba-Tien Island. The atmosphere is very inviting. The work staff is cordial and helpful. The owner was very knowledgeable about the products and I enjoyed my first ever iced coffee with coffee jellies. I look forward to trying other drinks offered. I highly recommend stopping in at Boba-Tien Island and experiencing all the amazing...
