The WORST Pizza Hut I ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We placed an order with them on January 1st, knowing full well the wait would be long as it was New Year's Day, no problem. We ordered 1 medium pizza (pepperoni and cheese), 3 garlic dips and an order of wings. We were given an approximate delivery time of 2 hours (again, no problem, it was New Year's Day).
We got a call from them 2 minutes after ordering saying they were completely out of wings. This was kind of annoying, since it was 50% of the order, but we said it was okay, and we would just take the pizza.
The pizza showed up much earlier than expected, and we brought it inside. Opened it up to find 3 random dips, not the ones we ordered. My husband ran out to ask the driver so replacements, and he said we would have to call the store.
So we call the store, and the person who answers tells us they are out of that dip. My husband asks why they didn't tell us that, and this guy has the nerve to say "Oh we tried to call and no one answered". Well, considering they called to tell us about the wings, that wasn't true.
We are irritated and ask to speak to the manager. The shift manager, rudely informs us that "Well, the holidays are really busy, so we run out of things". Okay, not your customer's problem. We ask for a refund or a credit, and she says only the store manager can do that and he'll call us the next day.
It is two days later and we haven't heard a peep from the store.
I will NEVER order from this...

....P.S I wasn't talking over you! Was simply trying to get a word in But it's clear you have no idea what is going on in your store or with your ordering system! Maybe the Employee I spoke to on Thursday Night after ordering and being charged 2x should be Promoted to Management because they seemed to be more aware of the issues you claimed to have no idea about... They may have been wrong about the refund time and process but that's an Incorrect Mistake because at least they were aware that the issue I experienced was an ongoing problem with the online ordering system and they talked to me Calming and with Respect unlike the last on Friday night who claimed to be Management !

Tonight, we ordered the personal boxes, a pizza, wings and things, as well as cheese pull-a-parts. We received our order and first noticed the lack of fries. Usually, when you order items for 20 ish dollars, you’d expect there to be a normal amount of fries. To our surprise, the boxes were barely filled! They essentially just covered the bottom layer of the box and called it a day there… Meanwhile, boneless bites were swimming in sauce and they had forgotten our cheese pull-a-part bread. We called to inquire about our cheese bread, and were greeted to a fairly polite employee (a great thing). They said they would deliver it in 20-30 min (got to us in 20). Excited about this, we dug in… Just to find that the cheese bread is underbaked and half inedible. At this point, we were stressed about the situation and just called it for the night.
