UPDATE: I thought that you would reach back to me and at least wonder how my experience was but you didn’t. I emailed you right away about my problem and how understanding I was but I think you just copied and paste that reply to me and to everyone else to show that you are making an effort to improve but in reality it’s a publicity stunt. It’s been more than a week since I sent it.
I was out with my friends and wanted to end my night with a nice bacon cheese burger and the closest place around me was Burger Burger. In my last experience there it was good. The food was great and the service was quick. But this time it was far from that. My Italian keeper, Maurizio and I ordered our food at 1:04am. It was fairly busy although there was three people in the kitchen and I thought that everything will be under control. It was not. I ordered a simple double cheese bacon burger and my friend ordered his own thing. We sat down and just chat for a while about the night until we found it a bit off that no numbers being called out. When we saw what the burger chefs were doing, it surprised me that it took both cookers to flip the Patties. No one was warming the buns nor adding the toppings. It was just awful. On top of that, one of the guys had rings on the whole time and haven’t washed his hands yet. When I asked him was he supposed to wear rings, he looked at me and just ignored me and shook his head. This was literally one of the worst experience I have ever had to deal with restaurants and I never complain because it takes too much effort to write a review about a place. But this place took 1 hour, 60 minutes, or a whole hockey game to cook my hamburger. Just keep in mind if you think that I was like 15 or 10 orders behind, I wasn’t. I was only 4 orders until it was my turn. That was not even the worst part, the worst part is that once I got my food at 2:05ish I had a feeling that something wasn’t right so I went outside to check my burger and as I expected they put mustard instead of mayo. I didn’t wanted to deal another hour of this service so I just ate my burger and left the joint. This is literally my first ever review on anything related to restaurants and I have to say that it will now be the only place in London that I will never go back due to its speed of service, the sanitary of the staff and the accuracy of...
Read moreI recently visited Burger Burger Restaurant with high hopes of enjoying a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of abysmal, primarily due to the restaurant's customer service, particularly the front desk manager, an Asian girl whose attitude was both unprofessional and offensive.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by the front desk manager, who displayed a complete lack of basic hospitality and manners. Her demeanor was cold and unwelcoming, and she seemed disinterested in assisting customers. When I approached her with a simple query about our reservation, she responded with condescension and dismissiveness, as if I was an inconvenience to her day.
Throughout my time at the restaurant, I witnessed the front desk manager interacting with other patrons, and it became evident that her poor attitude was not reserved solely for me. She appeared to be impatient, unhelpful, and unwilling to provide even the most basic assistance. This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable in any establishment, especially one that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction.
Moreover, the front desk manager's behavior seemed to set the tone for the rest of the staff. The waitstaff was inattentive and seemed to lack any sense of urgency or commitment to their work. It was incredibly frustrating to constantly flag down waiters just to get a simple request fulfilled.
To make matters worse, when we finally received our food, it was of subpar quality. The dishes were lukewarm, clearly indicating that they had been sitting for an extended period before being served. The presentation was lackluster, and the taste was mediocre at best. It was apparent that the kitchen staff was either overworked or lacking the necessary skills to deliver a satisfying meal.
In summary, my experience at Burger Burger was nothing short of a disaster. The front desk manager's abysmal attitude and lack of professionalism, coupled with the indifferent waitstaff and subpar food, made for an incredibly disappointing visit. I would strongly advise against dining at this establishment if you value quality service and a pleasant...
Read more**updated feb 4/23 Well had them a few times now and the bugers are still really good but last few times I was disappointed by a few things. Last time I ordered was horrible so from a 5 star to a 2 star. Onion rings were burnt and not eaten, fries were stone cold and what semed like the end of tray or what was left over from lunch rush. Burgers were a complete disaster, toppings everywhere including under the bottom bun. I called them and spoke to a woman who said her manager would call me back but nothing yeat and it's been 4 days. No longer impressed especially for 60 bucks delivered for 2 combos......sad
Original post: Wow what a buger! This place has the best all around burger meal I have had in forever! Just like WOW!!!! I have only had them once but everything I ate was awesome. We ordered the Swiss and mushroom with caramelized onions, bacon, lettuce and tomato and it was top shelf. I ordered like this as my wife and I wanted to split and she doesn't like ketchup relish and mustard. We also order the say cheese burger with sautéed mushrooms bacon lettuce and tomato. Well they were both so good I didn't even add more toppings as they were huge. Best part was I didn't even notice they were missing the usual they were so good. We got fries and a poutine and the were both some of the best i have had. It's a patty melt style buger similar to 5 guys but about 100% better. hands down best burgers and fries I have had in London so far been here 9 years.
Strawberry milkshake was meh....had ice crystals in it taste was muted.
Can't wait to...
