Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ontario

Though I do enjoy the food, it irritates me that the drivers never read the delivery instructions. Every single time I've ordered I have to put in the delivery instructions my correct address because the website won't accept my address unless it's done in the Canada Post style. This always causes my unit number to show up as the street address and causes the delivery drivers to get lost. Every. Single. Time. Even though I put the correct address in the delivery notes.

Tonight, my order came in crushed packaging because they tried to fit too much into the delivery bag. Not a big deal, none of the food was damaged. But then I opened my pizza to find that they cut it incorrectly. Your medium pizzas are supposed to be 8 slices, not 6. The other medium on my order was 8.

My wings were swimming in grease when they arrived. You could even see the coagulated garlic parmesan sauce floating in the grease.

And on top of it, no matter what card I use on their website, the no-contact payment option...

This is the last time I ordered the most expensive pizza IN the town which is suppose to be good but not been good at all My experience so far has been “Hit or Miss I keep on ordering from this place as I love Pizza Hut pizza but out of all the times I ordered in last one year it’s been good like three times but other times really old and stale and not good at all. Not sure why there is such an uncertainty with their product. I continue to order just because their pizza is still way better than Dominos but it’s very bad that Pizza Hut can’t make the pizza same / good every time. For the prize one pays for their pizza should always get a good pizza every time. Please work on your quality or else I am at the edge of quitting ordering...

Im in here at least ONCE a week and every time walk in and order my pizza is GREAT just like a Pizza Hut pizza should be. The service is 100% great I'm always so nice to the two guys in there and they are always so nice to me we call each other " Buddy, Brother or Friend " like were friends which is the great friendly atmosphere in referring to. I always order my pizza with extra sauce and a tiny bit well done and EVERYTIME it comes out to me PERFECT. What else can I say SUPER FRIENDLY and GREAT FOOD. 5000% better the Little Caesars. I will continue to eat here as this is way better then the old...
