I come here weekly to dine in, but for the first time I gotten take out and I haven't been more disappointed in customer service in my life To start we order the house pho with extra broth. Both broths lids were not on right and the owner response was "its the customer fault". I sent her the photo of how the lids were, she changed her response to "I will have a meeting with staff and take tax off your next meal". On top of this, they premix the meat with the broth instead of most place having it on the side, losing most our broth already. And by the time it gets here, the meat is super tough and chilling in Luke warm half full broth. The reason why I got take out was because I'm sick, I dont want to get even more sick with Luke warm meat. If you like your soft raw meat, expect tough chewy beef from it being in the broth for so long I spoke to Annie hoping she would do more than just give 13% considering I dine in all the time and have always been a loyal customer, but seeing how they rather profit on a poor service... speaks a lot about the place. I highly recommend the other windsor pho places around, even go down the street to pho ngyugen or Saigon, who will make up for the poor packaging. I appreciate the tax off, but I paid quite a bit for so little, 13% is my smallest worry. I return to places who take pride in their service, food quality and their loyal customers. and looking at previous comments, seems to be a common problem with their customer service

We dined here as it was close to our hotel. The location is convenient and plenty of parking. Though the restaurant was pretty empty, service was a little slow. I had the pork and spring roll vermicelli. The portion of noodles were very generous in this dish and three was a decent amount of pork. However the nuoc cham sauce was lacking in flavour, same goes for the grilled pork. The noodles were freshly made and still warm, I prefer mine to be room temperature and the noodles should be rinsed off thoroughly to get off the starchy texture. The spring rolls were enjoyable, simple but I do love a good spring roll which is wrapped in rice paper which is what they have here. We also had the house special pho combo which came with mango salad and a spring roll. The pho itself is pretty decent. I didn’t have high hopes coming here but their broth really reminds me of most old school pho restaurants. I would skip the mango salad. Again the nuoc cham is not great, the mangoes were too ripe which made the salad too sweet for me. Overall I would come here again if I were craving pho, but really wish their nuoc cham was better.

We came around 4ish, place quite empty, food come within 10min. The servers wear company uniform with apron which adds to the professional touch. Traditional self writing order in the paper and pay the bill at counter. There is no scan to order option. We ordered large spring roll $10 (4pcs), for the small one $7 so figured the large is a better deal. The deep fried spring rolls had rice vermicelli n pork filling. Its the best one i have eaten so far, pork is soft tender n no after taste and its crisp overall. They helped to cut into 3slices per pcs which make it easier to eat and served with small raw vege with lettuce carrot radish n dipping sauce. Im big fan pad thai every place i go. Their house pad thai had a modified version with long beans and also served with one slice of sunkist orange. Overall pad thai with chic & shrimp is ok, the beancurd is a lil hard for me. Chicken is cooked perfectly, they give a few small shrimps as well. Service can be improved by having servers to walk around the tables to check if water needs to be refilled.

Long story short: The manager named Victoria is so incredibly rude and condescending when she speaks with you. There was an error with my order, and to be fair, both myself and the manager were at fault for it. I said the wrong item number, but the correct item name, however the manager Victoria kept talking over me and she never heard that I got the item number wrong. I said 901 Fresh Tofu Roll (although it's 902), but because she would not let me speak and rushed me, all she heard was 901. When I called to let them know it was the incorrect item and I couldn't eat it because I am celiac and it was a spring roll, she told me to "learn my lesson" for the next time I order, which was incredibly inappropriate, especially because she was also at fault.

I asked if they would refund the item considering she was also in the wrong, kept talking over me, and that I am a regular customer - she said no, which is fine. But she also proceeded to say "If you are a regular customer, you should know the menu and your order". Again, incredibly rude. First of all, I can be a regular customer and order something different each time. Second, I said the same can apply to her, I could say "You should know that when I said 901 Fresh Tofu Roll, you should know the menu and say 'No 902 is the fresh tofu roll'." She kept saying she didn't hear me, but that was clearly because she kept talking over me.

The consistent comment throughout these reviews seems to be that the staff is incredibly rude and will NEVER take accountability for their mistakes, especially the manager Victoria (whose sister, named Vone, is the restaurant owner and never addresses the issue)

Anyway, I will not be returning as a customer - there are a lot of great Thai food restaurants in Windsor that are gluten-free with much...

The food was alright, but the service was absolutely abysmal. I went there with my wife and our toddler, everything was bad right from the start. We were asked to be seated at a table to start with, by a waiter and we started looking at the menu, suddenly another waitress stopped by and asked us to move to another table (not sure why). Then a third waiter took the order, and the drinks were never served. No cutlery, no napkins, and we had to ask for everything, every single time, (no drinks yet). All this while, the tables on either side were taken care of pretty well, and I was quietly observing, as we were having our food. We were tired of waiting so we had our food and asked for the check and they never realized that we never got our drinks, but guess what, we were billed for the drinks. When I pointed out their mistake, a lady waiter was forcing us to stay back and get our drinks, we politely declined and asked for our bill so we could pay and leave. She would not remove the drinks from our bill, excuse after excuse, that the waiter that took care of our table was a new hire and did not know what he did, the lady waiter did not have access to cancel out the items from the bill and their manager was off work, and she was simply forcing us to pay for the drinks we never received. The evening was completely ruined because of the clownery at this restaurant!!! Never ordering or going back...
