I alternate between this Tim Hortons and the one on Grand Marais. The staff who work the drive thru are great but it's the ones making the food I have an issue with and im Speaking specifically to Huron Church location like can you ask your staff if they ordered food if they would to eat half the stuff they prepare for us. Because it's getting a little unreal $20-30 every single day. I bring like $400 to your store monthly might not seem like alot but when I'm given food that has no cream cheese or muffins that stick to the muffin wrapper or donuts stuck together peeling all the chocolate off or even worse chocolate stuck to the bag because no thought was given to how to place it in the bag not just toss it in and here you go. Coffee that taste like water or just burnt ice caps made that taste sour that 1 was only once but still like who is managing these places does anyone care about there job I get it you make low wage so why put 110 % effort but did you ever think that's why you're working there is because your lack of going above and beyond in life. Treat the job as is you make a 100 an hour and maybe things will work out in life for you. Your establishment is the majority of Canadians first stop in the morning and you determine how good these peoples days are gonna be so a little more effort knowing that you hold that much power over someone's day. Noone wants that first sip of coffee and realize that no sugar was added or it taste brunt or w.e or have to go back in line to get a messed up order or remade so then they waited twice and most people on there way to work so now they rush to work. Just do better also just to add this little bit but this is Canada where we speak English and I have no idea why you have Indians working the drive thru who don't understand our orders and make us repeat ourselves 3 to 4 times then I pull up to the window and you got the Canadian working the window. Do better at determining what staff should work what positions to benefit the flow of traffic and to make it a quick and great experience. It's not very hard to do and I'd be more than happy to come show you have to...
Read moreIt was a normal busy day at Tim Hortons. Waited in drive-through to get my order, Then I order a bacon bagel belt with habanero sauce with no cheese.
I get my order swiftly. I drive away on my way home. I can smell the mayonnaise coming off the sandwich so I stopped to examine. When I look at my sandwich, thereâs no habanero instead thereâs three times the amount of mayo thatâs supposed to be on there, and it also has cheese.
I take the sandwich out of the package and itâs dripping mayo, absolutely disgusting So I threw it in a can and drove all the way back to Tim Hortons. I parked in the parking lot, (Itâs -16 out) I have to walk back into Tim Hortons, Wait for a whole big line.
And when I try to tell employees of my issue, they give me attitude and try and act like they made it correctly when it was obviously screwed up. Hearing attitude, and basically not being able to understand the person whoâs talking ill about me in front of my face, didnât put me in a good mood.
I explained to them the big mishap of wasting 15 minutes of my time and having to come back and they started asking for the incorrectly made sandwich. It was dripping and soaking wet, so I got rid of it before I even turned my car around to head back.
They now give me an even harder time, even though I can show them. I just made a purchase on my phone and the lady clearly recognizes my order and me coming through the drive-through.
Long story short I got my second sandwich free of charge after having to argue with people who I canât even begin to understand.
Until this Tim Hortons can get competent workers who speak English and understand customers requests. I would highly recommend not coming to this timmies. I usually wouldnât leave a review for something like this, but this has happened multiple times at this...
Read moreI have reviewed hundreds of restaurants and businesses. This is the LOWEST rating ever... This is one of two Tims right after the border crossing and it SHOULD be the cleanest, fastest most efficient restaurant, but noooo.... We spent an hour getting through the border and washrooms were a priority!!!! I have never seen such a mess...The urinal and/or toilet was leaking and there was water all over the floor. Looks like it was cleaned some time last week. And why for the love of God would you have a single bathroom instead of one that can accommodate two or three? It was a disaster.... One of our party had sandals on...Need I go any further?
Okay, done with that...gross. Time for food and get on the road! One of our party ordered a chicken bacon wrap. Not enough chicken for one of the wraps.... Ordered two crispy chicken habanero wraps. Our server advised, I hope we have enough chicken...
Finally got our order, it took forever.... I don't blame the staff as they were clearly short handed as the server was also making food. Not the way it is supposed to be... And the wrap was not good. Chicken was hard as heck...We had left by then, but not good. Not just the high quality that you would expect. I have had the same wrap at other locations and it was great! This needs to be fixed. These locations should be the best of the best! First impressions of new visitors to Canada and us Canucks returning home. I will not stop here again. I wish I had pictures of the bathroom, but after a fifteen hour drive, I was tired.... And forgot...
The apple fritter was...
