I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Bell store in Devonshire Mall. My girlfriend and I visited the store to purchase a new phone and plan. We were assisted by a sales associate named Faisal, who offered us a plan with the iPhone 15.
Upon inquiring about the iPhone 15 Pro, Faisal informed us that it would be $20 more expensive, so we decided to go with his recommendation. We even referred friends to the same store.
However, our friends were offered the iPhone 15 Pro Max at a same monthly rate to our iPhone 15! When we confronted them about this discrepancy, his response was dismissive and unhelpful. He suggested that we should return our phone and switch back to our previous provider, Fido. This response was shocking and made us feel deceived.
Furthermore, the reaction of the other sales associates, including a female associate who had assisted our friends, was concerning. They appeared nervous and defensive upon realizing we had discovered the difference in deals offered.
This experience has been one of the worst in my customer history. I sought an explanation as to why we were not offered the better deal of the iPhone 15 Pro Max, but neither the sales associates nor the store supervisor provided any satisfactory answers. Their lack of accountability and customer service was deeply frustrating, particularly considering we had recommended their store to our friends.

From the moment I walked in, his attitude was dismissive and condescending. He seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns and instead of helping, he made me feel like an inconvenience. His tone was brusque, and his responses lacked the basic courtesy one would expect in a professional setting.
Moreover, his lack of knowledge about Bell's products and services was astounding. Instead of guiding me through my options, he seemed annoyed at my questions, offering vague and uninformative answers.

I did wait about 15-20 minutes to get into the store (apparently an appointment is recommended) I was greeted at the door by Pat, who let me know that someone would be with me shortly.
I was taken care of by Cassandra. She knew from the moment I told her my situation that she wouldn't really be able to assist me, but she did her best anyways. She listened to my concern, she took a look at my account and she contacted the correct department at Bell. It's very unfortunate that she was unable to rectify my issue but I am super grateful that she didn't just turn me away. Hopefully I can have this taken care of properly asap!
