Burger King — Restaurant in Ontario

November 3/18 - 5:40pm - Before I went to the men's washroom after I was done going for a quick number one I went to go wash my hands and noticed that the soap dispenser doesn't work it's broken the push pump literally is broken you can't even open it to take the soap out so you put some in your hand also it is the foam soap.

I went to the front and told the manager who was the lady glasses and told her about the men's washroom has literally no soap or hand sanitizer for customers to wash her hands. She looked at me and didn't say anything and I said you understand how many customers possibly staff are coming at all that washroom not washing their hands then coming up to the front passing off money, using the ketchup pump or other items that they may have in the restaurant Lobby. I asked was there any soap that I could use and I was told no, I said Dollarama was right there and you should go over and grab some soap or I said you give me $5 and I'll go and grab some myself and bring you the receipt. I sad before I order food or touch anything I'm going to my car and grabbing the hand sanitizer and cleaning my hands.

This burger can I must tell you over the last few months has had some serious issues with staff with cleanliness of the restaurant. How is this stuff not checked on the hour is there not a checklist that you have someone must have noticed this. This location is in dire need of a makeover. I hope the owners can get it back on track before we lose another one here in London.

If you are a customer and you're reading this review just remember if the guys aren't washing their hands leaving the washroom imagine what is all over the door handles and how they have hand-to-hand transactions with the cashiers so who knows what is being transferred and then they work on your order next. Just ponder that...

Every time I go here and get a burger I ask for no onion or tomatoe and occasionally extra pickle (same with Mc Donald and every other place I go to).

I was in this evening for example and got a wopper with cheese and no tomatoe as onion - I heard them gather and discuss - oh I didn’t realize one was without - then muttered a bit that I couldn’t hear in whispers then looked over at our car then brought the food. Upon getting home I have massive chunks of onions on my burger and no pickles on my burger and 1 pickle on my partners. Talk about inconsistent in the company/store.

This is every single time. The only reason we’ve continued to come back is for the sole fact the other burger kings are so far away. When going into the store I’m always slow service and it’s usually dirty so I just stick to drive-thru and try not to think what my food may be cooked in and give benefit...

Absolutely Amazing!! I just got 2 chicken burgers and 2 Big Fish sandwiches $13 and change. Really good I was starving. I was so hungry I couldn't wait to get out of the parking lot to start eating. Please, Burger King start supporting more plant-based items on your menu. Like lite-life. I usually go to Harvey's because they have lite-life items on their menu and on their coupons. I've tried 3 times now going to Subway to get a plant-based 'beyond meatball marinara sub' but when I go in they tell me that they don't have it to serve. I just personally boycotted them all together. Please support these meat alternatives. Personally I'm trying to be more health-minded. It's the moral question. It also comes with a heightened sense of power. All Glory to you Burger King for your fish and chicken specials. Imagine turning 100% to Plant-based and fish...
