Live very close to this location. If you can, avoid going inside. Use the drivethru, unless it's at night. If it's past 12, go to another Tim Hortons locations.
The staff don't seem to be trained on when not to be "clearing the screen" so they will often have no idea what you ordered as they clear the order screen constantly, and have to reask you after you've been waiting for 5 minutes. That means if you order a ham and cheddar, and someone else after you ordera a ham and cheddar, they'll probably end up getting it first. This happens EVERY time without fail. Each time too, the employees play the blame game and never apologize, just say "so and so cleared the screen not my fault!"
There are several very friendly employees and often provide good customer service, It's just a very annoying experience everytime.
If you go through the drive thru at night it often feels like they don't even want to work. While waiting at the window they make smalltalk with each other without even engaging the customer. One a couple occasions this has resulted in not receiving my full order, having the window closed on my face and a look of surprise from the employee when they open the window and greet me as a new customer, only to look annoyed when I inform them I didn't receive my coffee or bagel or etc.
Again, most of the staff is friendly and never experienced anything of that sort, but much of the staff seems untrained or...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey say that they sip coffee from 300 cups daily to make sure it all taste the same.
If that's the case why does the coffee always taste different at each location?
It's because the water can be different and how often they clean their machines and the build up.
So I would refute that claim, especially all 300 cups daily not weekly not monthly but daily so they are saying the people taste 6000 cups a month based on 5 days per week equaling 20 days a month.
My coffee tonight had a like a stronger taste either they dumped another coffee pot into it or it has been on the burner to long. They will say they don't pour another pot into one but I've seen them do it many times.
Time Horton's I hope you guys stay to your promise going back the basics such as coffee, bake goods etc bring back birthday cakes.
Your new specials that you can activate on the mobile app needs to be tweaked. Ex: you can't order a single muffin as it only allows you a 6/12 pack so you can't get that offer and they won't do it when you pull up and I've been refused 2xs that promotion for a $0.99 muffin.
The best location in London by far is Adelaide...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent in at 8:30pm Monday September 23 2024 to grab 2 10 packs of timbits and a peach juice. The drive thru had about 6 cars so we went in to order. The floors were gross and sticky with garbage on them and tables, I could only see 2 girls working up front, one at the sandwich station directly behind front cash and 1 in DT. We stood and waited for 12 mins and not either of the 2 girls looked up or greeted us at all. The girl at the sandwich station turned around to see if we were still there but didn't acknowledge us. Finally after 12 mins I piped up and asked if we could place an order. By this point the 6 cars in the DT had been served and then some. After I asked to order the DT girl said 1 min and never ended up coming. 10 mins later the girl doing her best to ignore us and hope we'd leave came to take our order but didn't say a single word to us, just stood there looking at us, no "Hi" or "sorry for the wait" nothing. All the pastries in the display had flies all over them. Never again. Since covid timmies has seriously tanked but some seem to be continuously worse then others and this is one of...
