Superior Pizza & Wings - Oxford St — Restaurant in Ontario

Ordered a pizza for pick up and gave them about an hour notice. I received a text saying my order was going to be ready in 20 minutes.. um no? I ordered at a specific time to have it hot when I pick it up and well.. because that's the time I wanted to come in after work! Called the store to make sure they don't proceed and make my order way too early and that was a headache of them not understanding english. Should have been a sign to cancel the order and go somewhere else. Finally talked to someone who could communicate slightly better and she said it was already made but they would remake it. When I picked it up, not only was it clear that they did not remake the pizza fresh for me because it was cold and dried up , but they also cannot follow simple instructions and make a pizza properly. Extra sauce.. means extra freaking sauce! and when someone PAYS for extra cheese... don't just give the regular amount. What the h*ll would I have received if I didnt ask for extra cheese? Jesus. I paid for that topping. The pizza was also thin, not thick like I had ordered. There is absolutely no excuse to fail this hard on an order when the store was not busy and you were provided with more than enough time. I am so sick and tired of such low quality food around london and consistently feeling chinced out on the rare occasion I order from restaurants. Not following clear orders and being cheap with your ingredients will cost you a lot more in the long run with bad reviews such as this and customers not returning. Another...

Super disappointing. I had just moved in nearby and I was hoping this could be a place I could come to once a week or so for a bite. I told the guy at the counter this and he got really excited. He assured me it was "the best pizza in the city" over and over which sounded good to me. I asked for just a slice to see how it was, but the two guys talked me into buying a small pizza they had already made and they gave me a good deal on it, $2 less than the price on the board behind them. I should have guessed something was up, but I took the small, thanked the guys and went home.

This pizza was old, no two ways about it. It had at least been cooked early in the morning (this was in the late evening by then) but more likely it was cooked days earlier. I cannot explain how dry and tasteless it was. The crust was like cardboard and all the toppings were flat and dried out. It looked and tasted exactly like a pizza would if you left it sitting out for two days and didn't refrigerate it.

I can't speak for what their fresh pizza tastes like, because nobody is selling me a stale old pizza they had sitting under the counter and getting a return visit. Since then, every couple of months they jack up the price of everything on their menu by a dollar or so. Check their signs; they often have a sticker over one of the numbers due to another recent price increase. Don't buy from these people;...

I normally don't write a review , ordered food from here after coming from hectic day of work and this was my first meal of the day.. have to say this Wow!! what a shame...ordered a pizza for delivery they took 1 hour for delivering a pizza. You guys serious ?? Never knew you guys knead dough and make from scratch for delivery. ( anyway not possible in 1 hour either) When I called the store for this , the reply was "yes it takes 1 hour for delivery, you ordered at 11:10 , your food will reach by 12:10 " wait seriously?? My delivery address was not even 3kms from the store.. I never thought the expected delivery time in website is the exact delivery time. and despite having experience working in pizza shop,I don't think it takes this long even if it's rush.. atleast have courtesy to apologize for the delay I know you guys provide in best price than others , but don't take customers as granted , customers are no joke

Guys no one order food for fun, getting food coz we're starving. improve the service atleast. And the food , the toppings are falling out from dough... kudos for the effort taken for 1 hr to make this.
