I will be contacting managment in the morning. Went through the drive thru at 10:20 PM. I was the only vehicle. The window person was having a conversation with his friend through the window which delayed me from pulling up. They also confirmed with a person on a bike behind me that they take walk up orders. I paid, was told to pull around the corner. Waited over 20 minutes before I had to flag an employee down to ask about my order. During the 20 minute wait they served 5 other cars no problem. When I asked the employee if my food had been sitting there for 20 minutes he stated that the chicken fries had just come out of the fryer. I knew it was a lie. So I pressed further and the employee stated that they were only 2 people and one person was cleaning during my order so it took longer. I expressed that they were able to serve multiple cars quickly but made me wait, and the employee cut me off and offered me free fries. I declined stating that I should not have waited 20 minutes and asked again if my food was fresh or had it sat for 20 minutes. The employee offered fries again and a drink. I declined again, the employee apologized and ran back into the building. I was about to ask him to remake my food but the employee ran away trying to hide from his mistake. The food was cold. The chicken fries were not fresh and my food had indeed sat around for 20 minutes. I would have gladly waited if I had know and if my food had to be made fresh. I don't like being lied to. Read moreI waited 35mins in a drivethru for 2 ice creams. I assumed the orders were complex or large shich required the additional time. When i got to the window to pick up my 2 ice creams the 1 member of staff was just pressing buttons on the computer and looked at me an walked away. Meanwhile another staff member made a whole order for the front counter including 3 sundaes. The drivethru staff didn't mention why the order was taking long or if there was a tech issue. No communication. Finally another staff member went to another computer and the drivethru staff was able to take payment. This was at least 5 mins since I got to the window. The staff were unapologetic for the wait and didn't explain why. They clearly saw me waiting. I paid. THEN the staff member started making our order. And let me tell you it was the most haphazardly made ice cream (in cups) that I've ever seen. After a few minutes we get the ice cream. But there are no spoons! No on told us that when we ordered. We were offered forks instead which is pathetic. Luckily we were just going home so I could just eat there. But if I was out how would I possibly eat them? I was so annoyed by this point. Again staff were unapologetic. I asked for napkins - I literally got more napkins then ice cream. I asked for my receipt. The staff member walked away and I never got it.

Read moreI had the worst experience at Burger King today, I went to grab my usual order which is a number 6, roadhouse king with no bacon. I have never been disappointed so many time in a drive through service. The first time, they gave me a sandwich that was missing the Pattie and the onion rings. And for almost 15 dollars a meal, I would hope to have everything in the Burger just the way I ordered it. It’s not cheap. And when I went back the lady kept insisting with her ugly attitude that I didn’t ask for the items in the burger. Eventhough I take it the way it is but no bacon. It’s not a burger if it doesn’t have the mean! . Than she made me another one after being so rude and so difficult. But this time, bun is mushy and falling apart, bbq sauce dripping everywhere from the burger into the bag. Sauce everywhere, it was like they emptied the whole container in it. And there was two onion rings that were super saugy because of how much sauce she put. The sauce was so watery the bun was falling apart. It became so mushy and disgusting I threw it out. I love BK and I was excited for this location in my neighborhood. But I’m never coming back again.
