Today I experienced probably some of the worst service I have ever recieved in any establishment in London. My boyfriend and I went out for a late lunch. It took over 15 minutes just to get a coffee additionally We ordered a campus combo that was good but my boyfriend ordered a chicken club wrap that was far from edible. The lettuce was visibly brown and slimy the wrap was dry and old. When we waved down our server and expressed our concerns, she did not apologize or anything just took the plate away. And was very short when we asked to see a menu. My boyfriend decided not to order anything else as the sight of the wrap was enough to turn anyone's stomach. After I finished my food, I asked for the bill and the machine. She comes over with a snotty attitude and I expressed to her how this was probably the most disappointing service I have recieved in this restaurant having been a customer for about 30 years since I was a child coming here I found it so sad. And I asked if she was new here, she said no that she had been there since 2016. I said I had never seen her before but no matter. I expressed how concerning it is to see lettuce come out of a kitchen like that. She stated that and I quote "that I do not know what's going on in the kitchen right now and for every good experience there will be bad ones too". I then told her I used to work in food service and there is a level of food safety that MUST be adhered to and there is no excuse to bring out ROTTEN FOOD. Once again provided no apology or anything just was absolutely rude and aggressive and then after I pay proceeds to tell me to never come back of course because I didn't tip. I was not rude or loud nor did I treat her the way she treated me. I really hope the owner sees this as having someone like that working for you will only damage your business. Sorry for the long review but I couldnt not say anything after the way we were treated and the discussing display of food that was considered safe to send out...

🌯Club wrap 🌯 I have this recent craving of sandwiches and wrap so I got a chicken wrap 🤪(My fav type of protein!) It was so yummy as the combination of mayo sauce, chicken and bacon goes so well together! 🤓The lettuce and tomato also add a bit of freshness and cruchiness to the wrap! Totally should try this!
🍟Home fries 🍟 They also serve French fries or home fries with the wrap! The difference between French fries and home fries is that frech fries are deep fried while home fries are seasoned and grilled! 🤍I got the home fries this time, it was perfect! It was so soft and perfectly seasoned, not so salty! 😁As I am writing this, I am craving for it! ✨
☕️Coffee ☕️ A brunch with coffee is the best! I got their coffee this time, they allow refills as well! 🤪I saw that there was a type of coffee that they serve is pretty special, it is called Greek Iced Frappe Coffee! I didn’t get to try it this time, but will do one day!🥰

Read moreFantastic start to the day from Campus Hi-fi diner in London. We had asked for over-hard, received half of the ordered eggs (only two yolks), the yolks were not broken before cooking and became seperate little yolk-pucks and the eggs were all fused together with a thick skin around them. Which isn't how over-hard eggs are cooked, anywhere. Asked for them to be redone and received proper amount of eggs, runny and all globbed together. After being ignored by the waitress I went to pay for the meal and politely said that the eggs weren't cooked over-hard. She then started in on me saying that I seemed like a "happy girl" and he just wasn't and that I "don't deserve that" and if he's so picky he shouldn't go out and eat.
Like what the actual hell? I've been a waitress,I've been screamed at, dealt with very rude picky eaters and I have never spoken to a customer like that. We've gone out to a lot of places for breakfast and have never once returned food. Clearly, that's how that cook likes his eggs - but that's not how they're supposed to be cooked. And to make personal accusations and assumptions on a stranger's relationship is wholly inappropriate.
Might go back into waitressing if I can just cuss out the customers. Much more enjoyable than my current job. By far worst experience eating out that I have ever had all thanks to how Sofia (I think her name was) handled a...
