ChickPZ — Restaurant in Ontario

This restaurant has really impressed me! I had seen them on Uber Eats for months and never thought to order from them, because I assumed it was mainly vegan or vegetarian based on their name. When I found out they had steak and chicken, I was immediately ready to order!

I ordered their steak wrap with a side order of fries and the green smoothie. Everything was delicious - large, medium-rare chunks of steak on a pita with my choice of toppings (I did lots of various veggies, plus tzatziki, hummus, and garlic sauce), a sweet but healthy smoothie, and fries that somehow came from quite a distance but were still warm and slightly crispy - not at all soggy as most delivery fries are. I ordered again the next night, but threw on a chicken kabob order for some leftovers the following day. The chicken was also delicious, with a nice char on it. I only made it five or six days before I had to order again, and it was fantastic all over again.

On my fourth order, I ordered the same as usual. Uber called me before my order had even arrived to say that the restaurant had realized they made a mistake and they were requesting my address in order to deliver my missing items to me for free. No problem, I instructed Uber to provide my address, even though I had not received my order yet and had no idea what was missing. My order arrived and I was indeed missing my side order of fries and a can of pop, but no big deal. In all my time ordering with Uber, no restaurant has ever noticed they made a mistake, let alone offered to deliver my missing items for free.

And they did deliver the missing items immediately. I received my missing can of pop, a double order of extra hot fries, and a free dessert. The restaurant employee waited on the stairs (away from my door and wearing a mask, of course) to apologize for the mistake. I didn’t get his name, but he was super friendly!

I’m extremely impressed with the customer service. Not to mention, the food is addictive!! Can’t wait to...

I went to Chickpz with my wife for the first time today and it definitely lived up to expectations and more.

We had ordered the halloumi steak hoagie with a side of fries, as well as a halloumi bowl with added falafel topped with hummus, tahini and garlic, and iced coffee.

We sat down at a table and no word of a lie our order was at our table in less than 7 minutes.

The iced coffee had great flavour, and for the price, the size of the regular was definitely more than we expected.

The hoagie was delicious, as the combination of the steak and grilled halloumi melted in my mouth. They used the perfect amount of sauce, leaving me completely satisfied with this order. The fries that came with it we’re basically a meal within itself, as the portion was huge. They were perfectly cooked, what looked like fresh cut fries with potato skins still on, and seasoned to perfection. I asked for a side garlic sauce to dip my fries and it did not disappoint at all, some of the best French fries I’ve had in London.

Half way into our meal, we were delightedly treated with a free sample of their spanakopita with a side of honey garlic sauce and it was simply amazing, not only the customer service of the manager but the appetizer itself was so delicate and tasty, that it definitely left me wanting more of it.

My wife had the halloumi bowl with added falafel. Not only was the falafel extremely fresh and not dry at all, they were also very large! The vegetables were also very fresh, and the bed of basmati rice was so flavourful in and of itself.

We were always hesitant to order delivery from ChickPz as we did not know what to expect, but now that we’ve been here, and have seen the portion sizes, our order definitely left us satisfied with what we paid, and we will definitely be coming back. I ordered from this Resturant through their website today. First of all I got couple of calls to double check some orders which was fine. Then we received our order in a good time with a nice message on the bag. I needed to use my debit card and was able to tap , but in case I needed to insert my card I don’t think the delivery guy was prepared with any wipes or gloves or sanitizer. The was Nicky wrapped and labeled.the taboullah was ok but it doesn’t taste or look like taboullah. It was fresh tho . Generally speaking the food was clean but nothing tasted like the authentic Arabic food.we order falafel, beef Kabab, chicken Kabab and chicken shawarma. I didn’t like the smell of the beef Kabab and the chicken shawarma at all, the meat doesn’t smell good and the beef Kabab was under cooked from the center( still red ) while burned from the outside. Also, I ordered mango orange smoothie which didn’t taste like smoothie at all and wasn’t really tasty even for my kids. Again the food looked fresh but I didn’t like the taste. I don’t think I will be ordering again from them in the soon future till I know that some thing changed about that business. Thank you

So I tried to give this Resturant a second chance and I ordered breakfast from them today through Uber eat. The driver texted me 30 min later and said he is waiting and food is not ready.After waiting for 45 min my order was canceled with no explanation. I am not excited to try this...
