Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Ontario

Ordered a total of 3 times from here. It was horrible the first time I took 50 mins for my food which was not tat big of a deal as they just started. The second time they ignored the fact l asked for no wings for the family deal and they gave me 3 wings and 7 small pieces of chicken and they told me come back and they’d give me three pieces of chicken. I go back Td and order no wings like usual now they’re telling me there gonna upcharge because I asked for no wings which was never a thing ever atleast tht l know. Then i ask can i get the 3 peices and the girl tells her manager and he goes on a phone call i wait around 10-15 minutes and he comes out and he tells the girl something and she says they are gonna write a bad review she told her to in the staff room and let him deal with it. And he ignored us acting like he was busy even though there was no rush and almost no customers but he still decided to ignore us even though he told us to come back.We left the store with nothing in the end. Really horrible service I’ve never seen employed ignore a customer...

It's sad to see how little this company cares about the community they built this eyesore of a building and now they can't clean up after themselves. They need to learn to close their garbage bins properly so the people that live on the streets as well as the animals that live in the neighborhood can't access the garbage bins and turn it into a dump site. People in this neighborhood care about the houses and the neighborhood and are trying to keep it looking nice but none of these people that own this company or the property care about the people around them. If you give a crap about Windsor then give them a one-star rating despite the greasy nasty heart attack food. More people need to call in and tell them that we're going to shut them down if they can't clean up the messes they leave. The community will be calling the city councilors to get this place looked at with a fine...

The music is so fricken bad I can't anymore. its the same playlist over and over again. its bad remixes and covers of music from 2016 and I actually cannot stand this place anymore. besides that the food quality has gone down drastically. chicken is significantly smaller in their nuggets and tenders. half of the pieces are just fried breading and its all overcooked. the fries are underseasoned. the food takes forever to come out which i first just though was because they were busy or ran out of food and had to make more but it happens every time no matter how empty and dead the place is. I've been trying to ignore it but I literally can't anymore. if there's literally any other popeyes near you or you are willing to eat anywhere else pls just avoid...
