Second update: 12/08/22
Driver forgot an item, told me he'd bring it. I called the branch a half hour later just to remind them. He came almost 45 min after that. He told me he was fired because I called and reminded them about the missing order and the store owes the head corporation 20$ for every call back. I called the main number, spoke to a supervisor, explained what happened. Sincerely hoping this young man wasn't fired over a single missed item.

This particular location has screwed up my pizza four times in a row now. I didn't complain the first three, but tonight they messed up three parts of my order (forgot two items and mixed up a different item). I called, they said the replacement pizza would be there in 30 minutes. It took them 60. And one item is still wrong. AND IT'S BURNT (and not just a little)!!! At this point it's not worth it to call and complain again.
I never had any issues with the Wyandotte location - they were fantastic! This location doesn't know the difference between Goat cheese and Feta cheese, and you're lucky if you get more than a sprinkle of toppings (one time I ordered artichokes and counted six pieces on the entire pizza). They are also out of products/items ALL. THE. TIME. Their crust is never consistent, dough is usually under or overcooked, they rarely remember to get you to sign the receipt... I could go on. I wish you could specify what location you order from. The employees at this location are either A. Not trained. B. Don't care. or C. Both. This was my last time. I'll go elsewhere from now on or actually place a pickup order for the Wyandotte location.
Edit: I did end up calling to complain about the second, burnt pizza and they offered to send me another new pizza. I declined. The best alternative offer was a $15 credit which could only be used via a...
Read moreAfter numerous visits over the years to this Pizza Pizza, I officially have to give a negative review. My most recent visit was yesterday when I stopped in to get a slice of pepperoni and a pop, using my SPC Card. Once again, there were NO pepperoni or cheese slices prepared. There was NO staff present when I walked into the restaurant, and one of the employees (maybe manager?) came out from the back. I asked right away if he had a pepperoni being made, and he replied that he was going to make one, 15 minutes. I DID NOT HAVE 15 minutes to spare. I then shared that I have visited there numerous times, and this always seems to be a problem, no prepared slices. Pepperoni and Cheese are POPULAR pizza slices, yet they're hardly ever prepared and ready to go. He went on to say that he had just sold the last pepperoni slice, and they keep things fresh. Okay, so if you had sold it, why didn't you go prepare a new one? Why are you in the back doing something else. I have come here before, and while in the store, I've had to call customer service and complain about the work ethic here. I have witnessed employees pick up their phone with their bare hands and go back to making pizza, then lie and say they didn't' when I literally watched them. (I hope the cameras actually work) That is a HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE !( I need to check if I have those pictures still ). I shouldn't have to pay regular price for a different slice of pizza for their lack of organization, and shouldn't ALWAYS have to call first to ensure that slices are made....
Read moreI ordered from here last week, and up until then, I haven't had pizza pizza, in many years. I was CRAVING the creamy garlic dip on pizza. So glad I ordered from here again! I'm not going to name what was our usual pizzeria over the last 5 or 6 years, but where we used to order from, their prices went up so damn much ( Eliminator used to only be $30 and that's with a $5+ tip) it is now just under $70, not including tip!!! I get things went up in price but NOT that much! Anyways, back to Pizza Pizza. I spent $60 and that's with giving a near $10 tip. I got 2 large pizzas with 4 toppings.., 6 pops, poutine, onion rings, 2 desserts, jalapeño poppers... literally a whole meal for 6 people, plus dessert and drinks for LESS than what it cost me for ONE pizza with only 2 toppings from the other place. Oh, and the delivery driver was so apologetic when I realized one item was forgotten. He called and told them to prepare it, he was on his way to the store to pick it up and bring it back to me. He was back in under 10 minutes with a fresh batch of jalapeño poppers and even more apologies. Mistakes happen, and that's ok. I was extremely grateful it wasn't like other stores where they say "I'm sorry, we'll just add a credit to your next order". This driver took care of it immediately and was very kind. Thank you Pizza Pizza, for being affordable, and also for the fast, fresh, and...
