First visit: They weren't open at posted hours. I waited around 20 minutes for them to open (according to the paper on their door). Then waited an additional 15 minutes and they still weren't open. An employee walked out to get something from their car and ignored everyone in line not even acknowledging us or saying they're sorry for the delay. (4/6 people waiting outside ended up leaving when I left as well)
Update, 2nd visit: I went back. I tried a regular Good Fella (no onion) with 2 Cannoli.
The sandwich was 90% bread and dripping with sauce. First off the dressing was very good, unfortunately you could barely taste the meat over the massive amount of stale bread and dressing, the bread tasted like it had just been thawed an hour ago and it was still cold. Also... They put onions in it (more onions than meat).
Now for the Cannoli. The shell was a delicious, crispy and was a very nice pastry, but unfortunately the filling was very gritty and had an unpleasant mouth feel.
I also feel bad for the previous person who was their as they forgot part of the order.
In short. I threw out 70% of my sandwich and 1 of the 2 Cannoli and went somewhere...
Read moreThe place was disgustingly dirty. Floors walls. Food prep area. I was worried about eating the food but heard great things so thought what the hell. The guy serving didn't wear gloves or wash his hands after taking my cash. The food was awful. The bin was so stale the mixed nuts from a can had raisins in them odd. The meat was sub par. I will never return or recommend. Well... I will recommend going elsewhere. I cannot believe it was even allowed to sell food. I have never written a bad review but feel the need to warn people. BTW it was 11:45 am lunch time and no one in sight, I should have known better. With being new and just starting the day I would have expected cleanliness is some sort. Also was going to get a large on focaccia, well out of focaccia. So I went with a small chiabata which must have been there for a while it was so stale and dry. The look was ok but not like in other pictures I've seen. Not even close...

Great selection of fresh deli meat and very creative sandwich creations.
My one issue is with the bread. It seems like itâs been sitting in the fridge for a while. Both the ciabatta and the âweekend specialâ sub bun made the sandwiches a little tough and very âbreadyâ. I put the second half of my sub in the microwave for 30 seconds and then the air fryer for a couple of minutes - and it was a game changer for softening and freshening up the bread. Just an FYI.
Also - the cannolis are out of this world....
