‘Twas 9:43 p.m. when we got here. Close-distance walk from Barney’s. We were let in without delay and were told they stopped serving food. We understood and proceeded to order at the bar. We were relieved small groups left even before we got served drinks. Place was slowly getting crowded when it hit past ten. A waitress was readying the next table with small plates and glasses. Later, she was standing at the side, telling us straightaway to move to another table as a bigger group was coming in. W O W !!!!! Is that even the way to treat customers? We felt disrespected and discriminated! A RESERVED sign was not even on top of our table which was fronting the bar. We held on to our table without budging while my bro-in-law dealt with the rude waitress. When the words “you’re trying to be difficult” came out of her mouth my bro-in-law called for the supervisor. The lady supervisor was worse. She was the same person at the gate who informed us earlier that food orders were already closed. And now telling us on the spot that’s their policy with groups. Telling us also “That’s how it is!” She did apologize unlike the waitress. But still, you don’t shoo seated customers just as you please even if you’re the Management. The explanation of the waitress and the supervisor were unclear and unreasonable. It shows they did not undergo proper training and briefing. Because both staff were incompetent in dealing with this kind of issue, my bro-in-law requested to speak to the Manager. Me and my sis were not in the arguing mood so we headed to the gate ready to leave. So, to make the long story short, we were ushered back in to a different table but now at the side. We were served a second round of drinks for FREE courtesy of the Manager. The Manager agreed that what both staff did was a disrespectful approach to customers. So, surely he must’ve known about what’s happening. I thought this was an isolated case but NO! This has been continuing on for years! Given the BAD REVIEWS too. Filthy restrooms were down below. It was alarming there was a guy on guard too. No signs on doors for male or female. So good luck aside from the unprofessional staff. What’s going on here won’t definitely be the last. Hoping the owners will look into this. Really bad for business. Unwelcoming to Londoners and tourists alike! NOT...
Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The bartenders and security guards need a crash course on customer service.
First of all, the bar was pretty much empty as I stood there and waited over 5 minutes for a bartender to ask me for my drink order. After receiving my drink and not liking it. I politely asked for a remake (I had taken 1 sip) and the bartender refused. She immediately got super defensive and rudely let me know that she had made the drink correctly. I let her know that I do not like it. Again she refused to remake the drink. This is the most basic of all customer service scenarios, if a customer does not like their beverage you remake it. Simple as that. The bartender then called "the manager" who to my surprise, was a security guard. She LIED and told security that she was being harassed by me. Security was very rude and tried to usher me to come talk to him as if I am less than. Security did not care to resolve the issue and then told me that I had to leave.
I will never be coming back here again. The staff is rude, unprofessional, lacks judgement and customer service. The blonde bartender is clearly an insecure mean girl. She should be fired for falsely accusing a customer of harassment.
I have never felt so disrespected by a server before in my life. Your job is to make drinks so make them right.

Read moreDespite having a reservation for 4 people, we waited in a long line with other people who also said they had reservations. I require medical accommodations as I am unable to stand for long periods of time (hence the reservation). After patiently trying to stand in line for over an hour, someone shared it would be at-least another hour until anyone got in. I didn’t want to miss a fun night out because of my disability so I politely spoke with a staff member and the bouncer to explain my situation. Both individuals were VERY DISMISSIVE and said there wasn’t anything they could do. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to that might be able to help, which is when the employee said “we can’t just call the boss over nothing, he’d be stuck here all night if we called him cause everyone has issues.” At that time, I knew it WASN’T SAFE for me to try and stand any longer, so I put my health/safety first and sadly went home. I was incredibly frustrated with how INSENSITIVE the staff were, and am disappointed in the SEVERE LACK OF ACCESSIBILITY AND ACCOMMODATIONS that Delilah’s offers for those of us with disabilities. I believe everyone deserves equitable treatment and access to services without...
