Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

STAY AWAY!!! Went last night, as soon as I walked in and just heard screaming from the workers, I knew we were in for a time. I ordered online for pickup and they said the price was different in person than online, but wouldnt show me the receipt. Then when paying with card, he told me to move to the other till instead and canceled the transaction. Very weird behavior, so I decided to pay cash. I handed a $50 bill over for a $49.45 order and he handed me a $0.05 coin. He then put the cash IN HIS POCKET and walked up to 5 different workers asking for change as they all rummaged through their pockets. When he gave me all the food, he placed it down very fast and hurried away, so obviously i inspected it. Missing my 2L coke, a marinara dip, and one garlic dip. After he saw me clearly annoyed going through all the bags he finally walked up and said "hey sorry we are actually out of those dips but I can get you another type if you want?" While rolling his eyes and laughing to another coworker. What the heck is going on. The pizza was a MESS. Ordered a large brooklyn and got a pizza that did not even remotely taste like any other location. I honestly rarely complain about a pizza cause hey, how bad can someone mess up dough, sauce, and cheese they dont even make on site? Boy was I wrong. Unfortunately not a single english speaker was hired by the new manager, as he believes in only hiring his "own kind". Disgusting establishment all around and I will definitely be letting dominos corporate know of this mess of a franchise. AGAIN, STAY...

I liked the open concept kitchen arrangement, because of this though I was able to see some things are very concerning to me. Health and food safety procedures are horrible, I witnessed the manager as well as several other staff members taking orders at the cash register, one staff actually put their finger in their nose to scratch and then without washing their hands go right back to their food station and handle dough, and start preparing food. This to me is a serious issue and this store lacks manager basic health and safety procedures. It literally takes 20 seconds to walk over to a sink and wash your hands before returning to you work station. Also there wings were so tiny, I actually have never seen wings that small, I thought for a minute what...

I paid for a pizza with my credit card at this location for the first time recently.

The pizza came to $15.26 and the store required payment in advance. So, I paid in advance on my credit card. When the pizza arrived, I gave the driver a $4.00 cash tip and put a line through the tip box. I checked my credit card statement the next day, and Domino's changed the charge on my card from $15.26 to $18.81, which is $3.55 more than I authorized.

I contacted Domino's to get it fixed, but so far they have ignored me. They said they would get back to me in 3 days, but it's been a week and nothing.

Be warned, do not trust them with your credit card. If you do, make sure you check your statement and dispute any suspicious charges with your credit card company...
