I came on Friday at 4pm. I saw there was an offer for a free pack of 10 Timbits so I decided to get that. With the $3 minimum order I decided to get an iced capp. Was honestly really looking for a pre-weekend treat. I'd assume since it is in a busy location they probably would have items ready. They did not. No straws for the iced capp. Ok fine, I will manage. I asked for only glazed tidbits (chocalate, old fashioned, and sour cream). I roll up to the windows, they do not sell old fashioned or sour cream glazed apparently. Ok, I will get only chocolate. There is only 2 left. Ok... what else is there. Only blueberry cheesecake or something. Didn't really want that, but the employee was hard to understand. There was some communication issues. The manager came in, told me they stop baking new goods at 2pm. Ok... I don't really want anything anymore. I really just wanted the timbits. I expressed this very calmly. Instead I was berated. I decided to just get the iced capp to avoid the confrontation. The drive thru window was then slammed shut with a sarcastic thank you, while I was discussing the issue. Read moreI’m incredibly irritated EVERY Sunday for the last 3 months the shut the front of store down because of “till issues”. Today I walked into an empty drive through to ask how it’s possible that the toll somehow doesn’t work every single Sunday for 3 months. The lady then said it was a staffing issue to which I pointed out the 5-7 people I could clearly see standing there. She then said it’s a safety issue to take my order in the empty drive through. I asked how I would pick up my mobile order through the app and she said at the drive through window? I asked how that isn’t a safety issue when taking my order now while standing in an empty drive through is so then got mad and slammed the drive through window in my face. It’s pretty clear they’re just taking advantage of having no managers or supervisors in on Sunday and shutting half the store down to do less work when I caught her in 3 or 4 lies in two minutes. Normally there is no issues with the staff there beyond drive through priority which is Tim Hortons policy but to shut down half the store for zero reason every Sunday for 3 months is...
Read moreHorrible Service!! The workers were rude and did not listen at all. I tried to order a meal, and the worker ignored me and didn't give me the meal deal. When my sister went to order a meal after me he tried to do the same thing to her. When she asked to make sure it was a meal he said no, and that they didn't have wedges, which is fine. When my sister asked what else she could get the only option was a hash brown. Didn't even offer a donut or a cookie which they clearly offer (we noticed after she ordered). Then once our food was ready (two sandwiches and a hash brown) the worker put them in the same bag and threw it on the counter for us! She didn't say a word, she threw the bag down aggressively and walked away. When I got home I opened my sandwich (BLT) to find browning gross lettuce on my sandwich. We also did not receive the roper amount of roll up the rim plays.
A bus driver came in asking to use their bathroom, which they do not have, they told him that and when he left they openly made fun of him for asking while there were still customers in the store.
