Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

I had placed an order via the app at 1:04pm on 02/19/2024 with a delivery time of 3:30pm. The driver didn’t show up until 3:38 pm and the XL Philly Cheese Steak pizza I got was cold! So cold that the ingredients were dried up and the cheese were cladding. Obviously, this pizza was made hours ago. I called the store, waited for the manager to take the call who initially denied that I placed the order at 1:04pm and later stated of course that my pizza was made in time for the 3:30 pm delivery. I live 5 minutes away on the same road so that was impossible. The manager offered me a $25 credit towards the same pizza. Only trouble is the Philly cheese steak pizza was so incredibly salty that it was inedible. Everyone I tried to pass it onto -refused it. It’s a shame because I usually get good service at this location on Bath Rd but I guess that’s not the case anymore. Not sure I would patron the 1730 Bath Rd store again. That was a waste of $23. I’ll spend the extra and go to Pizza...

Ordered from the domino’s app at 3:45pm for the pizza to be delivered for 6:15pm.. They showed up with the pizza at 7:09!! What’s the point of the app and ordering ahead when it’s almost an hour late? Not to mention this was for a lil house party for my kids hockey team. Not to mention already put the tip in on the app ahead of time :( they also my order wrong. Online order of a 3 cheese and 1 pepperoni Pizza . But instead got 2 pepperoni and 2 cheese pizza.. so not only dominoes can’t tell time, they can’t seem to read either.. I’m not even rating the pizza yet..

I received a quick response after the comment I mentioned above. I was very shocked on how professional and curious the restaurant owner/ manager was on my above incident. I received a $50 store credit which I did not expect at all. I am changing my 1 star to a 4 only bc the respect I received as a costumer and the fact that this establishment actually cares about there...

I’ve had consistently great experiences with Domino's, and I have to say, they’ve set a high bar when it comes to pizza delivery. My orders always arrive hot, fresh, and fast! Compared to other pizza places like Pizza Hut, Domino's is hands down more reliable.
