Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

Okay, so there was a bit of a long-winded story, but there was an issue with their Google Maps contact information.

I went to Google Little Casears in Caledonia as that is what I originally wanted and called AND CONFIRMED that I was speaking to Little Caesars, to which the gentleman said yes, and that they were open until 12 P.M. and then placed my order. Upon arriving at the Little Caesars (just down the road from this Dominoes Location), I was aghast to realize they closed at 10 P.M.

Now, I perhaps thought I may have been the last order before they closed, and they were generous enough to still make it. Then I received a phone call back from the same number that I originally placed the order from, and he says it's ready to go, to which I say I'm right outside the Little Caesars and then he informs me (The same man) "I never say to you this is Little Caesars" to which I tell him he then confirmed I called Little Caesars during the first call.

Now, I have a blacklisted number, and anyone who knows me knows I can not and never have been able to eat Dominoes, so why would I start now.

Anyways, long story short, they shared the same number on Google, or it spazzed out, and it hadn't been resolved as of writing this.

I definitely don't want any bad mojo between us, but I would not knowingly have called Dominoes, so sorry for the...

We have ordered crispy thin crust a few times; it's now so thin it's like on wrap. I called your store to inquire if the recipe has changed. The manager informed me they do not make the crust it comes from head office; they don't make it. 🙄 so he told me to contact them; what kind of response is this? I did contact them as a quality issue should be looked into. Pretty sure they come frozen and require some handling prior to being cooked. Like proofing? So the terrible pizza tonight isn't that manager's fault. I was excited for a Domino's but they are nothing like advertised. Quality issues... just call Head Office?? Normally a good experience but today that wasn’t the case. When my order was ready I was about to be presented with the machine to pay (I already paid when I walked in and ordered) he then proceeded to tell me I didn’t and said he’ll get the manager. Manager immediately told me I didn’t pay while barely looking into whether I did or not, after being told a few times I didn’t I was about to whip my phone out and pull up my banking app to provide evidence when a female employee walked up and advocated that I did as she was present when the one employee who took my payment ( conveniently nowhere to be found) to top everything off my large pizza was made wrong…. Asked for bacon on half, it’s was on the whole pizza. Won’t be back for awhile but hopefully they do...
