We order from this location regularly. Typically we enjoy our food. We just had an awful experience, however, that will stop us from frequenting this particular restaurant. We spent $50 on 2 pizzas and wings, we were feeding guests as well. Both pizzas had an excessive amount of sauce, it was oozing out of every slice, to the point that glops of it would sometimes drip off of your slice. The honey garlic wings were slathered in an excessive amount of runny sauce that basically left the wings swimming in a runny pool of sauce. Nobody was able to stomach much of anything, it was embarrassing and angering. We all began getting stomach aches shortly after and our guests even left early due to not feeling well. I called the store immediately after our guests left to address the issue. The gentleman ( last name Kumar I believe… he agreed, with a tone of arrogance, to me mentioning him) was defiant and defensive that they may be responsible for making any error or food that may not have been of the best quality. He said “maybe we were busy”. I’m not okay with throwing half of a $50 meal in the garbage, but that is where it went. EDIT: in regards to owner response. An email was not provided to directly contact you as you requested. I would suggest to be more consistent and careful with food quality and results. Also for store level to accept accountability for mistakes or passing off a less than expected quality order. Earning the 5 star review and experience would start and stop with interactions with them and the menu items they prepare. I’m not willing to bet and lose again. Read moreWorst service I have ever had from them but the pizza was done right. The delivery guy was the problem. The guy came to my door and claimed he didn't have change. The total came to $22.92 and I had a $20 and a $10. I told him that he has to have max $20 in change on him. He said forgot his change in his car. Likely excuse for a big tip. I am currently strapped for cash, rent just got paid, and it is his own fault if he forgot his change. Well I was NOT going to give him an $7.08 tip! I told him go to his car then and get it. Read moreWas having a really rough day and decided to stay home and order a pizza. Got a crunchy thin crust medium pizza with feta cheese, a bottle of cherry coke (so excited they had this flavour) and a two pack of lava cake for delivery. Order took way under half an hour to arrive, I barely had to wait at all, the delivery person was very prompt, and very friendly. They cut my pizza just how I requested and it was cooked to perfection despite the short time frame. I just wish there was an option to get a single lava cake instead of a 2-pack because they should be eaten fresh, while the fudge inside is still warm and gooey, but I can’t stomach two at a time.
