I don't know how to give zeo stars but I would if I could. I ordered a pizza 40 minutes in advance. It wasn't ready when I got there. They told me it was in the oven which takes ten minutes from start to finish. After standing there for 10 minutes I asked what was going on and they said it was coming up. Ten minutes later I asked where's my pizza and I got sorry sir. When I asked to have my money returned to me they had to give me cash that wouldn't put it back on my card. I can't believe they lied to me and told me it was in the oven. So my friend and I didn't get any dinner and I was made late getting back to work costing me money. I have ordered cheese pizza with only mushroom as we are vegetarian but they gave with bacon pieces on it as well. I had to take it back to the store as it didnt seem an issue for them and didnt even consider my feelings. They were neither apologetic nor offering any refund. I had taken breadsticks Which is less worth than my pizza and he didnt even mind giving the difference inspite of me reminding him the difference. More than money these people even dont seem to care about customers and their feelings.

This restaurant here tells me to call door dash, who then transfers me to a little ceasars customer support line who just keeps me on hold for 30 min and then drops.
