Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

I ordered 2 large 4 toppings on each with cheesy bread and 2 × 2L bottle of coke, on superbowl sunday! Ordered over the phone and picked it up myself. The order was made and ready in 20mins! Impressive considering how busy they were especially that day! Quality was also top notch same as you would get any other day, so kudos on that. I took 1 star away because there was a discrepancy between their website deals and what was available over the phone. Originally I went online to domino's canada website and under their specials section I selected a "coupon" however since I had a special request (I wanted 5 toppings on 1 pizza and 3 on the other rather than 4 on each) so I called in the order. It took several calls to finally get through although superbowl Sunday this was expected, when I did get someone on the phone I read off my order right from the site giving them the specific "coupon code" I got from their site and they said they didnt have any deals like this? For me I hate ordering pizza it is always such a darn hassle finding the best "deal". Coupon codes, discount codes, why it has to be so difficult is beyond me but when I do finally find what I want and call it in only to have them say that deal doesn't exist or it's an online only deal (which just to be clear was NOT the case this time) is just frustrating. Anyways...

The pizzas were terrible. I ordered extra sauce on all of them and they didn't put it in the pizzas. Also toppings were VERY skimpy and they missed a couple on 2 pizzas. To save a couple dollars on toppings, this store and domino's just lost a life long customer. Horrible pizza and customer experience.

6 employees in the store and my pizza is sitting on the side ready, no one comes to give me my order. I had to wait 5 mins before I had to angrily tell the employees give me my pizza, its sitting right there ready and waiting.

The employees are laughing and swearing at each other rather than completing the customers order.

Also try not yelling and swearing when there are customers in the lobby. I was with my 6 year old daughter. Shameful that you would be swearing loudly in front of a 6 year old. I've been a customer at domino's for the last 10 plus years. This is the worst quality and service that I've experienced. This isnt the first time ive had an experience like this at this location.

I hope some one higher up sees this and does something about this. My neighbors feel the same way, they've had similar experiences. Im done with domino's. Especially...

I want to share the worst experience regarding the unhygienic food and bad customer service of the Domino’s store located at 1355 Huron St, London, ON N5V 1R9

I ordered a large pizza for pickup but when I reached, I was informed that store has delivered the pizza at home. I was suggested to pay at store $20.0 instead of $25.0. So, I accepted the offer by understanding their mistake.

I went home and saw a big hair inside the pie. I instantly contacted the store to complain. Store gave me two options rather I accept the same new order or refund in cash. Despite of their unforgivable mistake I accepted $20 but when I showed the hair inside the pizza the store representative did not apologize and showed an expression that he didn’t care. We returned the money back and decided to complain directly to the head office.

I request the dominos pizza to please take a legal action against this issue because today its me tomorrow it can be a senior citizen or little kid. I want my society healthy and...
