Fatty Patty's — Restaurant in Ontario

Well, an older little lady was our server. She sat us down and gave us menus. Then, about 15 - 20 minutes later, she asked what we wanted to drink,Mom had a coffee, and i had ice tea. We also gave our order as well. My mom ordered a ceaser wrap with soup, asked her what the soup of the day was, and her snippy reply was "ya it comes with the soup of the day." Mom asked her 2 more times. What is the soup of the day? Server: Yes, I know you want soup. Mom: Yes, but what kind? I then said what her choice was od soup... then she told us chicken noodle or cream of potatoe. Mom: Cream of potatoe.

I ordered ceaser salad first, and then I'll have chili.

So then, about another 15 minutes later, while watching her chatting it up and taking other customers' orders, still no drinks.

About 10 minutes later, drinks came, then, 5 mins later, my salad.

Then, about 15ish minutes later, our food. By this time, our drinks were almost done, and we never asked if we wanted more coffee or ice tea. So we had no beverages while eating...she never looked at us while she was having conversation with other people.

Well, then we never talked to her again till my mom got her attention for the bill.

It took 12 minutes to get that. When she did bring the bill, she cleared the plates.

So it didn't take her long to return with the debit machine...

Mom paid cash. So that was a huge inconvenience for her to have to go get change....another 15 minutes later she returns and complaining that she had to go make change.

She never asked once how our meal was or said thanks have a good day or nothing.

And the only reason I knew the timeline was because mom had an appointment next door for 2:00. So I was watching the time. We arrived at your location at approximately 11:30- 11:45, left around 1:30-1:40.. Cause I remember walking in the building and mom asking the time, we had 10 minutes to kill, so we had a coffee at the...

I am only giving this a 2 star rating since in the past we have enjoyed a meal here. We went on Valentines with our friends - I ordered 2 lbs of the dried cajun wings. Let me say, they were definitely dry. And actually with no flavor and tasted as though they had been cooked previously and refried. Very sad meal. After eating only 4 wings and our friend trying a few to confirm, I informed the waitress who took my plate away and in the end, made no offer to bring a new batch, compensate in some way or alter the bill. Very sad experience and not wanting to make a scene on Valentines with our friends, paid the bill. I called the next day before writing this review with no response from the manager at all. Very sad to lose this local spot but it is now off my list of places to go.

After the owners response, I wish I could downgrade my review. It seems someone took the time and counted how many dry wings were eaten but never came back to me at the time and forgot to read above where I clearly stated, my friends each tried one to confirm I wasn't dreaming given they advertise the best wings....we told the waitress and instead of saying, let me get the manager or we will make you batch, asked if we wanted the dried up wings to go. Again, owner is quick to respond to this review but after leaving my number and detailed message with his staff the next day, received no response what so ever. BTW, this is my first ever google review and i have eaten in a lot of restaurants so you can imagine how rotten my dinner was....
