FUH is a Vietnamese restaurant that catches your attention with its name, resembling the famous dish "pho." However, the reality falls short of expectations, especially when it comes to their pho, which disappoints compared to other menu items.
Food Quality: Sadly, FUH's Pho doesn't live up to its name. It's the weakest link in their menu, lacking the authentic flavours and richness expected from this classic Vietnamese dish. rest of our massive Oder were ok.
Service: The service at FUH is passable, but there's room for improvement. While the staff is generally okay, some seem distracted, chewing gum loudly with mouths wide open. Additionally, speaking Vietnamese with a non-Vietnamese friend (he's white With dark brown hair )might be accidental, he just seems a bit off for a moment.
Atmosphere: FUH exudes a casual vibe, perfect for a relaxed dining experience. However, this vibe is tainted when you overhear staff gossiping about guests behind their backs(the group still sits in the dining room after paying their bills), which is unacceptable regardless of any restaurant.
Final Thoughts: FUH has potential with its casual atmosphere and varied menu, but there are notable areas for improvement. The disappointing pho, lack of attentive service, and unprofessional behavior among staff detract from the overall dining experience. With some adjustments, FUH could become a much more enjoyable spot for Vietnamese cuisine...
Read moreFuh Restaurant is hands down one of the best spots for Vietnamese food in London! From the welcoming atmosphere to the incredible flavors, our dining experience was fantastic from start to finish.
We started with three appetizers—the pork deep-fried spring rolls, pork deep-fried wontons, and shrimp fresh salad rolls. Each one was delicious—the spring rolls and wontons were crispy and packed with flavor, while the fresh salad rolls were light and refreshing.
For our mains, we had pho beef rice noodle soup with medium-rare beef and pho satay peanut beef rice noodle soup with medium-rare beef, beef balls, and beef brisket. Both were outstanding—the broth was rich and flavorful, the meats were tender, and the portions were very generous. The satay peanut pho had the perfect balance of spice and creaminess, making it a standout dish.
To drink, we had a coconut coffee shake and a Vietnamese iced coffee with coconut milk. Both were amazing, but the coconut coffee shake was a unique and refreshing treat that I’d highly recommend.
The service was friendly and efficient, and the food came out quickly despite how busy the restaurant was. Whether you’re a pho lover or just looking for a great meal, Fuh Restaurant is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be...
Read moreI placed an order on Skip the Dishes for pickup. And it was just an instinct for me to say my name instead of the order number. Sometimes the SkipTheDishes your name comes up and sometimes it doesn’t so I just said my name “pick up for chrystal”. The lady very rudely goes “HUH” and makes a face at me, I stated I placed an order online to skip the dishes and was here to pick it up. She stated she needed to see my phone. OK no problem. I had the SkipTheDishes app already open to my receipt. I show her in my phone she’s bending down, staring at my phone and goes “ huh I don’t see no number no no food”. I’m like the number is literally right here and I am pointing to the top of the screen. We’re like the eight digits are, she goes oh OK I’ll get your food for you. The service absolutely atrocious. That was just so disrespectful and ignorant. The food itself was amazing. I would give that five stars it was all fresh, hot, delicious, presentation was nice and overall a good amount of food for your money . honestly, the service was so bad I’m not really sure I would try this restaurant again. I tried it because the photos looked good. There was a lot of good reviews on it but the service was horrible and I was just...
