I'm going to give a very detailed review as to why it's one star: First off, the coffee literally in my opinion tastes like Foldgers coffee brand. Also I asked for a bagel, I see not far from them a grocery store brand of bagels by Harvest brand wanted $5 for something you can make at home. There is literally nothing GOURMET about this place. Everything from the coffee tasting cheap to the bagels. It's almost in my opinion feels just like a big scam. The price point for what your getting is nothing exclusive. The owners attitude is beyond rude and has no customer service skills whats-so-ever. The products they serve taste cheap and are extremely expensive to mention the attitude you get. The owner made it point to say "Are you sure can afford an Americano they are like $4". Excuse me?? I shopped here quite a bit just because it's close. I know the price. Awful experience. Don't believe me find out for yourself. Everything in this review you can see for yourself at this establishment. Don't be fooled by the fancy paint on the walls and Wal Mart decor. This place is and tastes cheap and is too expensive. Did I mention rude??? I'm not even kidding the coffee tastes so weak! Go find out...
Read moreOur go to place for soup and sandwiches was closed today. I did a quick Google maps search and found this gem. I am sure glad we did. The shop has an inviting and cozy atmosphere. Great place to enjoy a meal or coffee with a book or friends. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Greeted with a smile and a hi as soon we walked in very refreshing. Sadly this is rare when you enter most stores these days. While we waited for our order one of the servers gave my son some Playdoh which he loved and kept him occupied. We ordered the turkey Chipotle sandwich , ham cheese melt and a home made roasted red pepper soup. Everything was amazing and my family loved it. This place is a new favorite and we will be back again soon. Do your self a favor and go here to enjoy amazing food and company. Thank me later and don't forget to follow and like for more reviews...
Read moreI live down the street and wanted to give Gourment Diem another try. Probably my 5th time being here and still not a great experience. Super expensive grilled cheese off the bat that’s what I noticed and only this time I convinced myself to try it. It was sad. We spent over 50$ but were told they don’t give out the wifi password to customers. The kid working the register was very kind and patient but the old woman seemed very low on patience today maybe she had a bad day I’m not sure but she came off as rude. They should also have cups for people staying in the restaurant rather than tons of single use plastic. Gross. Tropical sunrise smoothie was bland and caesar salad was very small. I think next time I’ll stick to L’auberge and Benjis for a local coffee. I will return in the future only for a block of cheese once or twice a...
