I Ordered The Crème Brûlée Doughnut. 3 Of Them With The Exact With The Same Results. It Was Tasty But I’m Not Confident I Would Purchase Again. I Love Crème Brûlée, Especially Crème Brûlée Doughnuts. Crème Brûlée Doughnuts Require A Full Shaped Doughnut With A Cracking Burnt Sugar Coating On Top To Be Best Enjoyed & Served. I Received A Ring Doughnut Filled Without A Sugar Crust. They Brûléed The Top Of The Doughnut But Because There Wasn’t Enough Sugar Placed Over Top The Brûlée Sugar Crust Was Non Existent. The Top Was Soft. Not Even A Thin Crack Of Sugar. It Also Wasn’t A Result Of The Sugar Melting Off Over Time Which Can Happen. Made Me Question The Integrity Of The Cafe. It Was Just Carelessly Made. To Me It Showed A Lack Of Love For A Product If Done Right Would Be A 10/10.

I Would Still Recommend Others Try For Themself But, To The Business It Self… I Would Say Step It Up!

I Did Expect A Ring Doughnut As That Is How It Was Marketed In The Images Seen Prior To Purchasing. It Seemed Well Brûléed & I Thought Interesting It’s Ring Shaped, Let Me Give It A Try. All Their Doughnuts, Deserts & Menu Items Look Fab As Far As The Eye Can See.

Great Doughnut But The Lack Of Love For Their Own Product Lost Me. Customers Are Purchasing To Receive An Experience That Didn’t Meet The Mark Of Their Marketing Or Items That Come With A Lack Of Love Of For Their Craft Which Any Business Shouldn't Proud Of. A Crème Brûlée Isn’t Good Unless There’s That Perfect Burnt Sugared Crust.

To Be Fair But Honest, 5/5 Taste But 1/5...

Imagine this. You’re an expecting mother. Your first baby, and you’re beyond excited to have a little gender reveal party with your closest friends. So who do you choose to do your gender reveal cake? The most important part of the event- if I do say so myself!

We chose Happiness Coffee Store, and my experience was nothing short of a disaster.

Firstly, the instructions on the website are very vague and misleading. Secondly, because of the issue above we tried calling the store to get assistance, but their phone lines were down. Thirdly, when we got the cake it wasn’t what we wanted. Talk about disappointment after disappointment, and so much frustration just trying to plan what was supposed to be a cute and important day.

To top it all off, when we called the owner to let her know what happened, and to let them know that they made an error, the owner was rude, and had no useful advice or help to offer. Just a bad attitude and lack of consideration towards a customer.

You’d think after ruining such a big day they would feel some kind of remorse. Well not here… because clearly this store does not in fact care for their customers’ Happiness.

I went there multiple times but the last time I went was absolutely horrendous. The girl that was working there was super rude and entitled. She stared at us while we were picking from the dessert options and was overall not very welcoming, you can usually tell by the demeanour. Although the dessert that I picked was good enough, I wanted to pick a baked good which I decided not to because there were flies everywhere and I felt disgusted by the scene so I thought I’d pick a fridges item.

The server was so rude, we carried our own plates and drinks to the patio, where it smelled like sewage water because of all the construction (London downtown is not the best place to be at tbh). I could tell she only treated us that way because another couple walked in a few minutes later while we were sitting in the patio and they sat out as soon as they ordered, so she was forced to bring out the drinks for them.

I been coming since 2022 and I always had a good experience but recently, this made me never come again so I won’t and I advise not to, it’s not worth it for such a high price (medium drinks that are barely cold and 2 desserts small size for 25 dollars) and on top of that shitty...
