Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!! we arrived at 7:45 after a very long day and ordered our food with poor rude interaction from the cashier and staff then sat down to eat and noticed a poor handicapped man that was just trying to be left alone to regroup on his bad luck and when he left the handicap access button wasn't unaccessible (broke) and has been for months and the reason we know is an another customer spoke up and your staff confirmed it has been broken for months and showed ZERO care when the poor old handicapped man left he dropped a guitare container that contained his belongings in it and what did the Harvey's staff do . They disgustingly went out to where he was sitting laughed and unloaded a whole bottle of scented disinfected spray that overwelmed the whole dinning area with customers including ourselves with a overwelming smell of perfume that forced us to leave and everyone witness the 3 employees talk in there language smileling and laughing which no one could understand everyone was so appauled and couldnt belive there actions we personally will not be back after this UNACCEPTABLE experience and know the other couple that experienced it confirmed the same will not be back I personally went out to make sure this poor man got his belongings and was OK . Like seriously Harvey's is this how you train your staff where is the humanity and compassion for your loyal customer's. And I will personally make sure nobody goes back this store!!!!This serious matter needs to be adressed ASAP I am so DISAPPOINTED in this store!!!!!!!!!!!! And will continuously share my experience until this SERIOUS matter is resolve .
You should be sooooooo ashamed on how the management is treating your CUSTOMERS and is supposed to be representing your store.
I will be posting all over...

Update from Harvey's I've had a chance to review your complaint, and I'd like to apologize for this Issue. Thank you for taking the time to share that with me so I can make it right. [ Observed Harassment / Unprofessional Behavior ] is something that our Company doesn't take lightly. Based on what you've shared with us, here's how I can resolve the problem. We have received so many complaints about that person in the wheelchair. He comes to our store daily right after the store opens and he picks a spot in the dining area, opens up all his belongings and puts them around. He sits there all day and spends more than an hour in the washroom till we close. Sometimes it is so hard to ask him to leave when we are closing, he will start yelling at our staff. We have some regular customers that have complaints about him. We tried to cooperate with him but he did not listen to us. We have no problem whoever comes in but when somebody complains, then we have to take it seriously. I hope this email may explain and resolve the issue.
Thank You so...
Read moreGreat staff, nice comfortable atmosphere. A lot of new stores like that look like this can be crowded with no room to sit down and feel cramped wanting the customer out. There's a nice TV feed of American Funniest Home Videos TV that we enjoyed while eating our burgers and fries.
I have learned there is no need ever for a double burger. I had an original Angus, my mistake was not getting rid of the cheese as I didn't know it was on it. The burger was burnt only slightly but still had taste it was just too much for me, but who says burgers can't be learning experiences.
The Oreo shake wasn't as good as McDonald's. Not grinded down enough, too much sugar than it used to be and too creamy. Also when you get down to it the paper straws crumple taking in the oreo crumbs but that's not Harvey's fault.
Overall great service atmosphere with only a less than great burger which is mostly my own thought. Still the best dine in experience I've had at a fast food restaurant since summer when the nephew and I went to the McDonald's play place. This is a bit classier than that but it's...
